Very disappointed. Too unorganized with no strategic flow. 3 workers present. 2 serving the drive thru while 1 in the back cleaning the oven instead of helping to get the line down on the inside. Travel on the road trying to make time and the workers has no sense or urgency. More training suggestws to meet peek time lunch hour rush.

I was given a cold cup of dark roast coffee. I asked the lady to replace for a fresh cup and she replaced it. Second cup was cold as well/faucet temperature. I went inside and tried to explain to the lady but she was very upset and I simply told her to just give me a regular fresh cup of coffee. It seems like they are more interested in getting orders than the quality of the food. They definitely are lacking customer service.

The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The service was quick and friendly. And they have outside seating with umbrellas for a cute spot to enjoy your breakfast on your door calm days. I ordered a French vanilla latte and it's was delicious. Not too sweet it milky. It had the perfect amount of portions.
I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese on it.And all they did was give me a cream cheese bagel and still had me pay for the bacon, egg and cheese.
