The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The service was quick and friendly. And they have outside seating with umbrellas for a cute spot to enjoy your breakfast on your door calm days. I ordered a French vanilla latte and it's was delicious. Not too sweet it milky. It had the perfect amount of portions.

The girl that checked us out was on her phone the whole time she was making our coffees continuously cussing and not even paying attention and couldn't put the phone down long enough to get ice . Then was very disrespectful at the window .

Stopped here to get a coffee and use the restroom. Restroom was clean. Went to the counter to order. There was a man “working” behind the counter. I stood there for what seemed like several minutes but was probable just a few minutes. The man never looked up from his phone. I was beginning to wonder if this location was mobile orders only. Another employee told him to help me. He literally looked at me and rolled his eyes as he dragged himself the two steps to the register. This was no bored teenager. This was maybe a 40 YO man. I told him I changed my mind and left.

I don't understand what I have to say to get granulated sugar. I say "crunchy" AND "granulated" everytime and still get that liquid crap. For the love of God please get it right. I want to thank the person who fixed my order - I don't remember their name but they were very helpful.

Literally saw a guy put on his deodorant and hygiene stuff through the window behind the counter. 🤮 , dude you need to do that stuff at home. Very nasty. Use caution. 1/12/25

Terrible. The place did not feel very clean, especially the bathrooms. The service was blah & although Dunkin’ isn’t the best of donuts, it has always remained consistently decent. I also ordered hash browns which came out soggy & undercooked. This Dunkin’ is definitely not living the basic standards.

I’m just being honest. Constructive criticism is ALWAYS good. It helps us grow & become even better than we already are.

Dog on dining area tables as I’m eating as well as I have severe allergies to dogs. Told management but they did nothing. This is unacceptable and unsanitary.
