They should shutdown the place. The employees was very rude . The guy on the speaker was impatient with me. He basically rushed me into ordering my food and when I pulled in I asked the lady nicely if it was okay to add something else if not it’s okay and she sounded so annoyed and bothered like lady calm down it wasn’t a big deal. When I was done paying it asked me for a tip. No tip for sure take out that out of the system y’all don’t deserve it.

TL;DR: Keep driving and find another DD location, this one is staffed by people who clearly have given up. Staff was unfriendly and “short” with responses and no communication amongst themselves either.

Details: the store was visibly dirty, an effort was started to sweep the floor but apparently abandoned. None of the selections I made for a half dozen donuts on the kiosk were available so I took available selections despite not wanting any of them. Not having enough of one (1) particular variety is understandable on any day at any time but let’s not forget this is a donut shop…not staffing your donut shop with enough people to make donuts is an unforgivable mis-step!

The 5-pc. Munchkins somehow turned into a 10-pc. when fulfilled, but due to lack of communication or feedback I can’t determine if it was an intentional customer service effort or incompetence.

Pricing: The total was over $40 for three (3) drinks, a 1/2 dozen donuts, and a 5-pc Munchkins. Not a great value when we had to walk through trash on the floor to pickup our order.

The one highlight: The drinks we ordered were made well and delicious! They were responsible for the majority of our order so they reclaimed 1 star from my initial rating.

What on earth! If you people don’t want to work w a smile and politeness why bothers working in a place that requires talking to people and being hospitable. Soo RUDE, first, they got my order wrong whatever doesn’t matter mistakes happens. Then due to poorly described food item the order had to be changed and instead of kind I’m sorry we’ll fix it for you . I got a nasty rolling eyes, elevated tone and statement saying that’s all what you needed to say. Will not be back. Do not recommend

Chief supervisor was very rude to me as a customer and to employee in charge of ringing my food and handing me my food. I definitely will not go there again . Yelling across the room saying it was my fault for ordering the wrong sandwich . Even after apologizing the took it on the young employee. I guess Starbucks it is.

Stopped by for a coffee and donuts. It was my husband and I. Worker went to register and waited no hello nothing. Took order left to make coffees came back and left on counter. We were the only ones in the store. It was empty. ZERO COURTESY. SO SO SAD. NEVER SPOKE A WORD TO US AT ALL. NEXT TIME ILL GO TO PANERA.

During summer they dont make donuts fresh. Got donuts that tasted like a refrigerator that past 2 times I went.

I had ordered 2 medium ice lattes with almond milk and caramel. He walked over to the window and said these have regular milk are you lactose and tolerate and I said yes I am . He said oh well I didn't wanna remake them so they have whole milk in them here ya go . They also have no Carmel in them I tasted them. Overall not a wonderful experience.

Moody staff. They can't even bother to use their voice. They simply shrug their shoulders and grunt at you until you guess correctly what they mean. Kind of like plant of the apes here.

I was there earlier on this afternoon, I just have to say how bothered I am by how the manager treats her employees. A man was trying to help me with my order and she started screaming infront of everyone at this guy. I have been at this location for years and have had this manager scream at her employees multiple times! It is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Will be locating to a different location.
