It’s Monday, 21 July. Around 2 PM. The staff at this time and day were very unprofessional and a little rude. They both saw me in there, standing at the counter when I noticed one of the employees hiding behind the coffee machines, they were both lost in a gaze on their phones. Shouldn’t have to be this way. They need to get their act right. I love my Dunkin’s and hate to see stuff like this done to other people. Thank you.

Went to dunkin today 06/20 at 11 am and my order was messed up. I told the lady with red hair at the window that this wasn’t what I ordered politely and she proceeded to reply with attitude saying “yes it is”. She handed me the bag with what I ordered and it was wrong again. How can you mess up the order TWICE and give attitude.

Went through the drive thru in the morning, and it was efficient with a person taking orders so it will speed up the processing. In and out, not long of a wait at all and good service.

I don’t go to Duncan very often so I asked the walking attendant in the drive-through if I could drive up to the menu. He got a disgusted look on his face because I asked to see the menu. So we drove up to the menu to see what I wanted. I ordered a sourdough sandwich with sausage and when I receive my order, I got bacon and I was also very disappointed to find out the store doesn’t have mustard for my sandwich. Not very good customer service when the person can’t take your order correctly.

The girl serving was either uninterested, high or bored couldn't tell which but was useless, bored, not interested and positively a waste of space. I complain about StarBs but this is the worst service I have ever had at a DDs.

The absolute incompetence at this dunkin' donuts is absolutely mind-blowing. I don't know, weather.Is there cashiers that can even speak one word of english. We went in there wanting to get twelve donuts. It was impossible to place this order as the lady behind the. Register kept trying to give us a box of prepackage.Already selected donuts. After three times of repeating that, we wanted to pick our own donuts, we ended up just leaving because she could not speak english nor understand anything we are trying to tell her. I am not joking when I say I had to leave this place of business because I could not place an order due to the language barrier.
