The place is absolutely terrible. I’ve gone here just a handful a times but I avoid because of the terrible service. Every time I’ve gone here they don’t understand English so they mess up on your order and when you try to fix it they give you attitude. They always tell me they’re out of a flavor and have told me before Dunkin doesn’t even make the flavor but it’s clearly on the mobile app. Every time I come, I regret ordering from this specific Dunkin. It’s been like this for a year.

I pulled up with the bruzz and we payed with $9 in quarters the worker was very chill and even started jelqmaxxing! Super tuff experience would jelq again!

I frequent this location a lot, but recently the service has been terrible. This morning I ordered my iced coffee but it's been 3 days now with no butter pecan flavor so I ordered with hazelnut instead, not only did not have the flavor it didn't have the almond milk that I requested and when I walked up to the window they gave me a strange look; then they finally added the oatmeal milk since they didn't even have almond milk but NO sugar. This location is sadly going downhill fast. Noticed very high turn over.

This place needs better costumers services!!!!! The catchier was the only person smiling, The manager was very rude to the employee!!!!!!!! Horrible attitude!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. the workers are horribly mean. they gave me my cup and it also had a hole in it and split all over me and my car. Whenever i tried to go back for a new one they started speaking in spanish and rolling their eyes. started screaming at me for asking for more sugar in my tea .

This place is a wreck. I try to give them The benefit of the doubt because the times that I have come, the lines have been long and I understand that when they’re busy, they’re trying to service everyone the best they can but today I came and there was no cars in the drive-through and the Hispanic lady, unfortunately because I’m Hispanic I have to mention that she was Hispanic because of the situation that happened. She was trying to take our order first asked us to wait. We waited then we started ordering and she literally was rushing and she cut us off before we finished with our order. I had to wait for someone else to come on again and it was another Hispanic lady and she was also rushing and rude. She started talking crap in Spanish as she was hanging up. This was such a bad experience that we went to the window where 3 ladies were standing talking, we asked them to cancel our order. If customers service is important to you please avoid this place.

PLACE IS IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF!! This has to be the worst Dunkin in all of collier county, we come here because it’s closest to my home. I will now drive 10 mins farther just to have a better experience.. everyone at this location speaks zero English, they have no customer service on top of being extremely rude, unprofessional, and they get almost every order wrong.. HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS.

This DD is by far the best one I've been too... food always right..coffee always fresh and workers are always kind !!
They rush you through ordering only to have something wrong with the order every time, then when you say something they catch an attitude and talk about you in Spanish :) they didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t leave a review that way. It seems clear that management hasn't taken these concerns seriously, as reviews from the past six months consistently highlight the same issues. It's time for leadership to step up—listen to the feedback, address the problems, and hold employees accountable
Terrible service, there were two children inside saying that it was closed when it was one hour before closing
Ordered from the drive thru and on 2 separate occasions the orders have been wrong and not made right
