One of my favorite coffee shop. Always a great experience. Past Friday I really enjoyed a program called coffee with a cop where you interact with them and get to know what happens in the community while enjoying free coffee and donuts.

Unfortunately I didn't check my change right away, as I got my kids with me and was distracted, so I lost a lot of money. I can tell the staff there is definitely stressed out as there are only 3 people (1 in the kitchen, 1 at the drive through, 1 cashier), but a lot of customers (mostly students). Anyway the coffee was excellent and the donuts were tasty

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location 7775 Preserve Ln, Naples, FL 34119. The staff, especially the manager (a woman in a blue top), were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I requested a medium drink, they gave me a large and insisted that’s what I had asked for, how can you not get a simple coffee order correct. as if they didn’t understand simple English or just hard of hearing. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t care to get the order...
