dude this dunkin is so bad if i order a small, i get a large. If i order a medium, i get a small. If i ask for three pumps of flavoring, i get one pump. i think 1 time out of the 5 times i’ve been there they made my drink how i ordered it. its honestly so funny how people can mess up such a simple thing

Nice drive through experience. Drinks are priced lower than competitors. No one waggled a touch screen in my face saying "it's going to ask you a question". Oh really? What question might that be? We'll never know.
I avoid this Dunkin at all lengths. The service is horrible and many of the employees are extremely rude. Today I was in a rush, and decided I would stop in and get an order I get at MANY other locations without problem, a hot coffee black with a side of oat milk, so I can choose how much goes into my drink. She rudely said she will not do that. Always leave disappointed from this location!

Please don't put music when you reopen. All Dunkins play music. This one not. I like it very much. Lots of same people go, like a family. Don't ruin it with music.
The coffee was good and the donuts were fresh

It was the day after Milton passed and we needed to get something for our team that stayed overnight.. We searched the area and nothing was open, we were heading back, alas, they were running on generator power. We got 6 dozen donuts and munchkins. It was a hit for the staff, thinking nothing was open. Thank you all for working in less than optimal times and making others smile!

My husband and I purchased two apple fritters. After eating them, there was no apples inside. I spoke to the clerk and she advised that they don’t make them at this location. If you want the best apple fritters with apples inside, go to the Dunkin’ Donuts located in the corner of Livingston and Pine Ridge Road. They are awesome there!!!!!

I had an issue with a younger female employee and she was extremely rude to me, horrible customer service. After receiving my sandwich which was cold, So I went in an requested to speak with the manager Gina, she was a heavy set women with a cane and a weird New York accent. She seemed so uninterested and out of it, almost like she was under the influence. When I asked for a refund she took 6 minutes to process it, I think they should re consider her position, and put her through employee training. I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible customer service. Young kids laughing through order window. Indicated that they were closing soon and could not take my order. Wasted payroll..
