This is one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts locations. The only downside is that it can be hard to get to sometimes since it’s right next to a school, and you can end up stuck in the school pickup line. Another thing I’d change is the recent addition of tipping at the drive-through. I come almost every day for breakfast, and the tipping prompt just makes the whole process feel a bit awkward. Aside from the traffic and the awkward tipping situation, this location is better than other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to, and it was recently remodeled.

Huge shout out to the staff at the Radio Rd Dunkin’! They made my daughter feel so special today on her birthday! Everyone wished her a Happy Birthday! And it was during morning rush! Also, the guy manager who helped me out with taking our order as we couldn’t figure out the “self order” area. Thank you sir! What a great way to start off our day!

I order late instead ingot nothing but shiver and caramel , I am diabetic last night when I come back today and show them the cup of caramel coffee they refuse to replace it they willing to give me another but they will charge me for it !! I ask to speak to the manager both of the two girls that work here star yelling at me and tell em that is no manger aither paid for it or get out !!! I am 67 yrs old and these two trying me to kick me out if I refuse to live in my entire life I got treated this way !!! She then come out of the counter and push me out the door causing me to trip and fail , they keep my car key and lock 🔒 the door refusing to give me back my car keys , call the police and they are reviewing the footage! Unfortunately is no way I can live half or 0 stars ⭐️ this two girls are the worst disrespectful , despicable human I have ever seeing in my entire life and the manager when she show up after police arrive did not even ask or say anything they

The slowest dunkin' in town. They have a screen that shows ticket times for the entire district. They are always dead last. If you want to wait 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge you, and then wait another ten minutes for your order, that's probably wrong. This is your spot! Hopefully, management sees this, and they get some support.
