Dunkin just started harassing for tips two weeks ago. Here's a warning that if you don't manually select a tip option, this place will auto-add the 20% tip when you tap your card.

service was horrible, workers are rude and didn’t get my order right 2 times even though it said it on the side of the cup correctly.

Well I'm really not happy I was there at 5:30 in the morning and when I got back home of course it was the wrong sandwich I've been calling there for 2 hours nobody picks up the phone. But I guess it's my fault for not checking the bag. Wanted a bagel I didn't want it on a croissant the sandwich.

Love my dunkin, especially when they show up at 5 a.m when it says they are open. Had 2 this week that were not open as late as 5:27 a.m, doors still locked, makes me want to not waste my time by stopping to see if they are open or not.. This Dunkin was open when went there...and is not 1 of stores i was referring to.
