I had a very poor experience earlier at this Dunkin location with a rude employee who clearly doesn’t care. I wish I got his name. It was Thursday, June 27th, at 7:40 pm. Once we pulled through the drive through, the person who took our order sounded absolutely miserable as he was asking us what we wanted. It made us feel like we were burdening him by simply ordering a coffee. First we ordered the new Frozen S’mores Coffee, but he rudely said the machine was off for the night. So then we ordered 1 of the new S'mores Cold Brews, and it came out without the marshmallow cold foam and the graham crumble on top, which is what makes the coffee… s’mores flavored. We had to wait there a while for him to come back so we could tell him his mistake and he put the smallest amount of cold foam on top and didn’t even add the crumble. It really sucks when you spend money on something newly advertised and it comes with a nasty attitude and completely wrong. We come to this Dunkin a lot and it’s never great, but this was my last straw! Do better Dunkin!

I had an unpleasant experience when I went to order my vanilla bean drink. Initially, it looked good, but when I tasted it, it had a strange flavor that wasn't the usual vanilla bean taste. I politely asked for a remake, and one of the staff members, who seemed to only partially understand my request, started to make a new one for me. However, the manager, who was quite rude, intervened and questioned what the issue was. When the staff member explained that I had tasted something different from the vanilla bean, the manager dismissively said that there was nothing wrong with it and refused to have it remade. This led to an argument between me and the manager. I suggested that she taste it herself since she claimed it was fine, but she refused, saying she wasn't "crazy." Eventually, they remade the drink using the same cup from the first one, and to no surprise, it still had that unpleasant flavor. Both the staff members then had the audacity to ask if I had ever tasted a vanilla bean before, even though I get one every single week. It was a very rude and unsatisfactory experience.

miguel and luis the best workers this store has they make them drinks with love whoever the store manager is for this location made a good decisions for hiring them they should get a raise. these two guys are super friendly and deserve nothing but the best...... period

I’m not one to leave reviews but there always happens to be something wrong with my order every time I come here. They also use old croissants and bagels. The only time I’ve gotten good service here is before 6:30 am. Avoid the 7- afternoon rush they don’t care. I worked at a busy dunkin location for 2 years it’s not hard especially with the amount of people they have working.
