I don't know why they can't just be nice here! Always rude.....
When I go through the drive thru I am almost always over charged, when questioned I was told prices went up. (Not true) Today I ordered a plain toasted bagel, and when I got upstairs ( I work in same plaza) it was full of cream cheese, I mean a lot of cream cheese. So I went back for a replacement and the lady toasted the bagel whole.. She didn’t slice it open to toast the inside. Who does that? Girls are not the friendliest. Definitely not patronizing there again.
Went twice this week once at night on my way home just wanted to buy 2 drinks out of the cooler and I was told she would be right with me... instead it was more important to talk to her coworkers than help a customer so I put the stuff back and left. Second this morning tried to order the coconut caramel flavor in the coffee the Spanish girl couldn’t understand me and then gives us an attitude after saying it 5 times again we just walked out.
