we came a little before closing to ask if they had a jelly donut as we came from another dunkin and they locked their doors at 7:40. when i worked in customer service, we always had our doors open until closing time. the employees didn’t even try to come to the door and just ignored us after we knocked. this store is a joke.
update: my boyfriends mom surprised me with jelly donuts and from what i can tell, they have mold on them. i checked them thoroughly since i saw another review stating that they saw donuts with mold and i believe that this is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting.

Hands down my #1 FAVORITE neighborhood Dunkin!! They make my coffee perfectly i love that they already know who I am based off the way i order in Drive-through they pay very good attention to detail, yes they can be very busy at times but being in a very busy area especially early morning when everyone is on their way to work and school drop offs but keep that in mind before writing a nasty review about a location that is doing the best they can during very busy times, before writing bad review give them another try during different time, i have gone during various different times as I live in the area And I can attest to the fact that they have great customer service when they are not being rushed to accommodate everyone inside store and in the drive-through line one of the managers Alexandra is Phenomenal she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a smile on their face. She always wears a beautiful smile on her face, Every time my family and I go while she’s on shift, she always make sure to come wave hello to my children and Give us one of her beautiful smiles. Wish us a great day. I have been going to this Location for the past 5 years And have never had any manager be as personable and kind as Alexandra! She is an example of what great customer service at your neighborhood Dunkin Donuts should be.

Don't go to this dunkin, very poor customer service. There was a worker that was hanging out looking at his phone by the drive up window and didn't have any customers, I saw him notice me at the inside register, but he just went back to looking at his phone. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone from out back to come wait on me and the customer in front of me.

Ordered a dozen with a variety of frosted sprinkles; received not a one with sprinkles and worse these donuts had to have been from the night before. It was almost comical how hard and disgusting they were. The “frosting” was like cement and the “bread” like cardboard.
No manager worth their title should ever let product like that be on the floor still, let alone served to a customer, and it wasn’t just one donut…it was all of them.
I’ll be going anywhere else for donuts from now on. Heck even the Krispy Kreme’s at WaW and Publix donuts are fresher. Never again!

UPDATE: I reached out to Dunkin and showed them photos of the moldy donuts and they couldn’t own up to it and instead tried to tell me it was a “green sprinkle.” What a joke. Why would they even bother saying that? They must think I’m some idiot because the donuts were clearly furry with mold. It’s insane to me that this location has made it as long as it has

I have eaten here too many times, I have probably gotten 10 breakfast sandwiches and they are always squished and gross, the bagels are always burnt and there is no cream cheese, and they always mess up my donut order. One time the sandwich wasn’t even in my bag and I didn’t notice until I was at work. Lousy Dunkin’.

Was sitting outside with my mostly full cup of coffee when an unexpected wind burst knocked it over. Caught me completely by surprise as it wasn't that windy of a day. A DD employee saw it happen and was there to help with cleanup and a fresh cup of coffee. Very unexpected.
