This Dunkin’ Donuts has the best service. The customer service is honestly really, really good. The morning girls are always attentive and have such a great attitude. My coffee came exactly the way I ordered it, the food was delicious, and everything was super fast. They treat everyone with the best attitude. I definitely think this place is highly recommended

Terrible service. I ordered a decaffeinated coffee and she told me that all coffee contains caffeine and that there's no such thing as decaf, even though they have a dispenser that clearly says they do. She was very rude. I'm not planning on going back to this place.

8:20am 6/19 we come here almost every morning and sometimes the service is good but most of the time we wonder why we even put ourselves through that. nobody there wants to work; the drive thru lady is rude and isn’t patient she even loudly sighed on the microphone, and our drinks never come how we ask. this morning my FROZEN COFFEE tasted like expired milk. It sucks bc not one dunkin in Naples other than the one on radio is good. I shouldn’t have to go 20 minutes out of the way to be treated kindly and given good quality drinks.

I was just standing in line at the Dunkin on Livingston & Pine Ridge, and had to leave without ordering. I just watched a young lady drop somebody's drink cup, i saw it fully hit the nasty floor, and she picked it up and poured somebody's drink in it. She then handed it off to the drive through and served it to somebody. Absolutely disgusting!!

we came a little before closing to ask if they had a jelly donut as we came from another dunkin and they locked their doors at 7:40. when i worked in customer service, we always had our doors open until closing time. the employees didn’t even try to come to the door and just ignored us after we knocked. this store is a joke.
update: my boyfriends mom surprised me with jelly donuts and from what i can tell, they have mold on them. i checked them thoroughly since i saw another review stating that they saw donuts with mold and i believe that this is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting.
Hands down my #1 FAVORITE neighborhood Dunkin!! They make my coffee perfectly i love that they already know who I am based off the way i order in Drive-through they pay very good attention to detail, yes they can be very busy at times but being in a very busy area especially early morning when everyone is on their way to work and school drop offs but keep that in mind before writing a nasty review about a location that is doing the best they can during very busy times, before writing bad review give them another try during different time, i have gone during various different times as I live in the area And I can attest to the fact that they have great customer service when they are not being rushed to accommodate everyone inside store and in the drive-through line one of the managers Alexandra is Phenomenal she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a smile on their face. She always wears a beautiful smile on her face, Every time my family and I go while she’s on shift, she always make sure to come wave hello to my children and Give us one of her beautiful smiles. Wish us a great day. I have been going to this Location for the past 5 years And have never had any manager be as personable and kind as Alexandra! She is an example of what great customer service at your neighborhood Dunkin Donuts should be.

Don't go to this dunkin, very poor customer service. There was a worker that was hanging out looking at his phone by the drive up window and didn't have any customers, I saw him notice me at the inside register, but he just went back to looking at his phone. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone from out back to come wait on me and the customer in front of me.

Can’t really rate my experience. Have gone to the drive thru several times and waited several minutes and no one took my order. Driving by the window you can see people inside, behind the counter chatting with each other.
