The food here is always cold, its like if they don't even cook it, you order maple sugar snacking bacon and you get shredded/cold/saggy bacon, and when you ask for them to replace it they just put it on the microwave and heat it up, and you get burned bacon, the sausage on the wrap cold, only the tortilla burned. Horrible service horrible food.

I need a manager to call me back today. My entire order was stale and hard. Y’all literally gave me 2 week old left overs that yall reheated for a second and then handed it to me. The hash browns are super hard and just straight up oil and the sandwich bread is horrible, super hard to bite. It just completely crumbled in my mouth when I took a bite. I have called 5 times and no one answered.
I never can understand why they don’t toast the beagles before they make the sandwich. Even when requested you get a swamp muffin. I haven’t seen something this white and pasty since the Highland Games. I was pleasantly surprised that everything we ordered was in the bag, this time. The last review that I made for Dunkin’ Donuts was when they screwed up my black coffee, literally screwed up a black coffee by putting milk in it and not just milk as you would a normal coffee with cream but enough that it was a mistake. They knew it and they still served it. I didn’t think it was possible to screw up black coffee, but they did. This time in order to buy coffee and it had ice. I’m going to chalk this one up to not reading back the order.

Just grabbed some hash browns bacon and a donut. Hash is like 5 pieces and bacon is grossly limp barely cooked but hard as a rock probably from first thing this AM just sitting out. Donut is fine but super dry so my daughters didn’t want them anyway. Counter girl didnt say a word either just handed our stuff like a zombie. I’d you can, it’s the worth the drive to a different location
