I recently visited this bagel shop and I was blown away by their customer service, not something you get every where. The delicioso bageld we’re amazing as well! The varié tu of flavors they offer is amazing and each bagel is always fresh and perfectly baked. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I highly recommend this bagel shop to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying breakfast or snack. 5 stars!

I love Einstein’s coffee, and I stop at this store or the other location on 41 at least once a week. The last 5 times I’ve been to this particular store the coffee is empty or whatever’s left in the carafe is cold/room temp. Then I have to bring it to the attention of the folks behind the counter and wait for a fresh pot to brew. I don’t mind doing it once in a while but it happens every single time I buy coffee. In comparison this rarely happens at the sister location. It’d be great to see that level of attention & quality consistently applied at this store too. Thank you!

Stopped by yesterday and ordered two very basic bagels. After explaining what we wanted. Half of the order was still wrong. We voiced our concern at the time often order then explained again only to have it wrong. The other half of the order was super dry with barely anything on it. The service rating would’ve been higher if the food was prepared properly, based on our order.
