I placed a mobile order ahead of time, when I walked in, I was hoping for it to be ready by the given time. I placed the order a total an hour and a half ahead of time. But disappointed when I was informed when they told me “we are making it right now” what’s the point of order ahead of time when the order won’t even be ready.

We have a lot of great bagel shops in Naples. This is not one of them. This is my second time here and another lousy bagel. This one was supposed to be cinnamon raisin. There’s no cinnamon sugar on it at all and there’s no raisins. I don’t get this boys, but they lost me as a customer. I’ll never be back. I guess most of the people that shop here never been to New York and had a real bagel.
I received a text back to my complaint they want me to redact my experience because they got back to me lol there bagels are awful they don’t want to make a quality product cut corners no cinnamon sugar no raisins what can I say make a better product you charge enough give the customer what they are paying for simple

Josh Took my order. I ordered a spinach, Florentine bagel with Loc, cream cheese and onion Specifically said no tomato, no capers and extra toasted I received my bagel, hardly toasted, with tomatoes and very little onion When I told Josh about it, he accuse me of not giving the right information Josh should learn to repeat the order as he put it in the computer that way maybe he’ll remember stuff

My go-to breakfast spot. Josh and his team are always friendly, food is hot and tasty, service is fast and amazing. If you’re really hungry try the “All Nighter”, it’s incredible, but usually I just get a bagel toasted with cream cheese and it hits the spot. If you’re in the area try em out; great for catering food for your business too. A+++

I’ve been a loyal Einstein Bros. customer for over 20 years with mostly great experiences. On October 7, I ordered three toasted bagels to go at this location with no issue. But just a few days later, when I asked for the same thing, the manager, Joshua, refused in a very unprofessional way.
I was calm and simply asking why the policy had changed, but Joshua got visibly upset because I was “talking too much.” I actually gave him time to respond while he struggled to explain, but his behavior felt like that of a frustrated child rather than a manager. Eventually, he said, “I was going to say yes, but you keep talking — so now it’s no.”
The store wasn’t busy, and his dismissive attitude was disappointing. Customers deserve better communication and respect.

Update: received what appears as a generic reply from what it states as owner. Not surprised because it went to regional owner and not surprisingly there was no follow up as the store manager stated “ it was the regional manager/ owner who trained them and it is his policy” leadership speaks volume, if I can lower 1 star to 0 … probably worth it if they use your Einstein name as independent owner with poor customer service experience skills

I had such a great experience at Einstein Bros! The manager, Josh, went above and beyond — he even gave me his rewards number so I could get a discount. That level of kindness and customer service is so rare these days! My order came out fresh, fast, and delicious. Definitely my go-to location now. Thanks, Josh, for making my morning so much better!

The whole thing is chewy, lacking what should be an exterior crust.

This is the second time I’ve placed a catering order with Joshua at the very last minute, and once again he went above and beyond! He greeted me with a smile, was so respectful and kind, and made the entire experience stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Joshua truly delivers outstanding service with such a positive attitude—I can’t recommend him highly enough!
