Awful customer service. I stopped in this morning to pick up a bagel. I was the only customer in line. There was one other customer seated in the dining room. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes while the three staff members behind the counter ignored me. Not one of them even looked at me or acknowledged my presence. I finally decided to just leave. Business must be really great for them. If they can treat customers like garbage. I will just add this to the list of places I will no longer give my business to.

Bagels are sooo good! Staff always friendly and helpful. The place is a bit tired and needs a refresh ! Stuck in the 90’s maybe even the 80’s!!!! But bagels are great !!

The employees don’t care. I love Einstein concept but this franchise so poor. Normally the bagels are under toasted. So I asked for more toasted. I came home to unwrap this. I didn’t say I want burnt . They just seem so miserable. They never smile. You are bothering them.

Just came here with my family, bagels are so great compared to a couple months ago. I was told that they finally got some equipment fixed, and it shows! The people that work here are so friendly. I’ll be back so much more now
The food and staff are amazing. Super friendly and fast. It’s great to know I can come in and out within 3 minutes when I’m in a rush in the morning.

My favorite place for breakfast! I love coming here after my morning workout for a yummy bite before work. I go back and forth between the avo, tomato, and egg white sandwich and the chorizo sandwich. So good! The manager and staff are always so polite and helpful. And honestly one of my favorite parts….the store is CLEAN. I feel like every restaurant should be this way but it’s rare to come across clean chain cafe’s these days. Anyway, love this place :) Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite places to get a quick and affordable breakfast. Everything I ordered was delicious. The staff is very friendly and quick. They have a great variety of sandwiches which is good for a picky eater like me. Two thumbs up.
