This is one of the best Thai Restaurants in Naples. We normally got for lunch. 13.99 . Soup and a vegetable spring roll. For starters. And a meal with rice of your choice. Supposed to be a lunch time portion. But i think it plenty . Always cooked fresh. And very friendly staff.

The server immediately knew how to veganize the vegetarian items on the menu. Being gluten free, I also appreciated her immediate knowledge of how to handle that challenge. I ordered Panang Curry with steamed tofu which came with lovely spicy veggie soup.

I had such a great experience at Em-On’s Thai Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious, with portions that were generous and satisfying. I tried the papaya salad and the Vegetable Lo Mein—both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the dishes, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic, tasty Thai food with warm, welcoming service!

We loved our experience here, the service was authentically friendly, they were busy but the vibe was still super chill.
We ordered pad Thai with steamed tofu and panag curry with fried tofu, both were fresh and delicious. Like other people have said, they know what vegan is and will make your food without fish sauce or egg. There's no separate vegan menu or items marked vegan but the menu states every dish can be made vegetarian which is quite unusual because most places will only have a few dishes they'll make without fish sauce (I never understood why that is though!)
I read online it's a family business that's been around since the mid 90s and they don't do social media and just rely on word of mouth. We will definitely be back next time we're in Naples and we'll bring our friends and family!

Authentic Thai food!!
We are from Denmark and craving for that food for the past 20 days!! I found this place and drove from Miami to Naples to get to the stop. I can highly recommend “Tom Sap“ with a Thai spicy level 5
The colour is right, the pork is tender, and everything is tasty. The food came out very fast, and the price is reasonable, too. You have a free parking space, so there's no need to worry about parking fees at all.
We will stay in Naples for 3days and will make sure to have the stopover once again before heading to Orlando ☺️

Had dinner there this evening. Had the Tom Kha soup, spicy and delicious. Then had the Pak salad, one of the best salads I have ever had. The vegetables were so crisp and fresh, big portion of chicken, and the amazing housemate dressing was fantastic. The servers couldn't be nicer. If on the west coast of FL, definitely make this a stop!!

I have dined in here and ordered takeout, both experiences were great. They are knowledgeable about what makes something vegan or not- something I don’t think a lot of good authentic international restaurants have a grasp on. They knew to prepare my food with no animal products, no egg no fish or oyster sauce for my takeout they labeled that it was made vegan style which was reassuring. I got the basil fried rice with tofu and the ginger sauce stuffy with tofu and they were both delicious
Called for a takeout dinner. Payed by credit card. Noticed when I got there my credit card bill had been canceled then replaced with the same bill but with an increase of $1. I asked why they recharged my card without my permission and the woman that manages told me the extra duck sauce I asked for with my spring rolls was the extra dollar amount. A dime size plastic dixi cup! Mind you on the tables it comes free when you dine in. This didn’t sit well with me. I even put a dollar tip on the check when checking out for them, a takeout. She didn’t even want to hear it. Their food is good. Prices have gone up but service has gone down. Until they drop the check, all smiles then. So I’m at my limit for this place. Many other places with better service. BTW, takeouts get no napkins, plastic wear or chopsticks. Talk about cheap. Again too bad, food is good but service is lousy and with other Thai places, why bother?

Placed an order online and canceled, then was charged twice for the order I canceled. Called to clear it up and was told to relax and they would call back when it was figured out. Total charge was over $400… awful customer service and would not recommend. Order online and get your money stolen.
Update, eventually reversed charges, staff was not helpful and hung up on me. Food is good, service is not.
