Well, I really wanted to give this place a chance never been there before, when we got there, there was so much festivity going on there was a band, Everyone dancing looked like a lot of fun. Went there with some friend's four of us total, we waited 20 to 25 minutes for our drinks, I had to literally go up to the bar and ask if our drinks were coming soon, they finally did after another 10 minutes, waitress brought over three drinks one was missing.
At that point who knows how long it would take to bring the food over, we finally gave up and asked for the check and left.
I don’t blame the waitress that took care of us, but when you have a major event festivities a band, you would think that you would staff it to take care of all your customers, our waitress looked like she was taking care of the whole right side of the restaurant by herself and I could see it in the faces of two other tables waiting for their drinks or food.
Maybe one day we’ll go back and give it another chance.
I would have really liked to try their food.

I'll be honest, I really liked the experience. I recommend the carnitas and chicken tacos, the chips with guacamole are good, the food is not very salty, you might get a salty chip but the rest is fine, the atmosphere is like any normal restaurant. 10/10 recommended, preferable to eat on the premises.

Wow, this Mexican food was so good, I couldn't put it in my mouth fast enough. My wife told me several times to slow down, no one was taking my food away. Carnitas and chicken tinga tacos were legit!

Coming from New Orleans, I’m a very big fan of Felipe’s. Drove from Fort Lauderdale and was not disappointed. Food and service quality is definitely on point with the original locations back home.
