“We had a ladies lunch yesterday and we had fish and chips, the Reuben and beef barley soup and it was wonderful. Had to wait for a refill of pop but otherwise, everything was timely and piping hot. Something I never experienced happened. We paid with cash and the younger female server did not return with cash change for three of us. We asked her for our change and she looked like she couldn’t believe we asked this. Ten minutes later she came back with the check and the change for three of us. I told her that we were going to tip her but that it would need to be our decision and not her assumption. She looked at us dumbfounded and said nothing. No apologies and no understanding on her part. We then left all the change she had returned. Not trying to be petty but that is not good service!“

“After going to Landsdowne Street and sitting at a table unassisted for 10 minutes, we decided to drive up the road to BBG. This visit was another standout. Our server, Brittany, was friendly and attentive, and the food was delivered timely, hot, and delicious. We won't make the mistake of venturing out to a different pub, even if it means a longer drive. BBG won us over with this visit.“

“Don't let the unassuming exterior detour you from walking in. This place has some of the freshest grouper in town. And offered at a reasonable price (compared to other places in the area).
My wife and I both went for the grouper in two different ways. I selected a basket with 2 pieces that were fried, which also came with fries and coleslaw. My wife chose blackened, with the same sides.
My grouper was super fresh, and tasted fantastic! But I have to say, my wife's blackened grouper looked equally good, and she loved hers as well.
And the service was wonderful also! Very friendly wait staff that was regularly checking in with us.
But there is more. Just when we thought we were done, our server high recommended the key lime pie. We had just enough room to share a piece, and, oh man, were we so happy we did. One of the better ones I've had in a long time!
Needless to say, we must come back to sample more!“
