Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Naples Florida hit the spot with a good hamburger and crispy fries, exactly what I was craving. The burger came out hot with that simple, tasty flavor I keep going back for, and the fries were plenty for the price. I like how consistent the food is every time I stop in. The only thing I noticed was the staff felt a bit checked out, like they were just moving through the motions, and a little more energy would make the place feel nicer. Still, the food did its job and I’d go back again.

You can't say no to the fresh cut fries. And get a BLT, it's totally worth the price. Tons of bacon cooked to perfection and there's a stack of it, and it's awesome. Try for yourself. You won't know if you'll like it or not, so why not check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

First off I just got to say everyone in their looks extremely miserable and every one of them gave me a dirty look when I walked in like I inconvenience them sitting around doing nothing. The person taking my order she had her head in her hands elbows on the counter as if she was half asleep. The sweet tea wasn't even sweet so it was technically both unsweet teas. I watched one girl eat a fry with her gloves on and she continued to touch food without changing the glove. Then when she handed me the food I said thank you and she gave me the dirtiest look possible. For the price that this place charges for a burger it is not worth it.

Nope. Don’t go here, I ordered two hamburgers through mobile order and only got one. Realized when I got home I called and they said no problem then when I got there they turned me away and said no. Never ordering anything from again.

EVERY TIME I visit a 5 guys location , I get screwed out of my food. They get my order wrong every time & I'm not exaggerating. It's gotten to the point to where I cry when I get home because I hope that maybe just once they would get my order right and I don't want to be rude and pull my burger apart right in front of them to check and make sure they got it right but every time I get home and it's wrong. I've complained about this a few times before my post and nobody's ever done anything about it. Nobody's ever reached out to me to try to take care of it nobody's ever apologized to me for it and I've never gotten my money back so I'm done with five guys.
The Burgers are the best and I recommend getting a chocolate shake.

We've eaten at this Five Guys numerous times over the years whenever we are vacationing on Marco Island. It's always been clean and the food on point. We've been twice in the last week, and the service and attitude of the staff has been top notch.

This is the cleanest, friendliest 5 Guys I have been too. All employees are friendly. The food taste great and is cooked exactly to order. The young lady that took my order on Saturday night had a smile and was helpful. All the guys cooking were having fun while doing their job. I really appreciate seeing that. Keep up the great work.
