Stopped by 5 guys close to closing and was met by Dakota (Like the state ?) and she was fantastic. Big smile, very friendly and extremely helpful. The crew made a delicious burger and fries. Overall an excellent experience with a staff that is an asset to the 5 guy brand. Will certainly be back again. Way to go!

Classic 5 Guys... the decor and ambiance are pretty much always the same. This one was also quite clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to those folks!But... the soda fountain was dispensing very weak "colored water". Neither fountain was good, but the one on tge right seemed particularly bad.Other than the soda, my burger and fries were fantastic!The soda issue is why I ranked food as only 4 stars.

It's five guys! The food is always on point. They made my sandwich wrong so that sucked but it's literally the first time my food has ever been messed up at a five guys and they would have remade it but I didn't want to wait.

Staff that have issues with the English language shouldn't be cashiers . I ordered lettuce tomato and onion and got none of that.

Employees were polite enough, but slow and not super efficient. I was there to pick up a to go order that took 15 minutes or so. The order was one step away from being done, and the girl stopped bagging it up to go take orders from the 7 new customers that walked in. I almost lost my mind, but luckily another employee came over and took the 5 seconds it needed to finalize my order. Come on guys be better than this.
