The food here is great. the staff very friendly.. and the best part is that the prices aren't ridiculous. you get a good portion for what you pay. thank you. we will return again.

I don't expect good food at a beach place, but it was the worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten. They can improve a lot for $40 for two people.

Bad service, and limited menu. Its best to stay away and leave the beach to get real food

The best hot dog in naples! I take my nephews here at least once a week and they love Jim the owner, and they will only eat their hot dogs!! Excellent way to spend the afternoon!

Flip Flops Beach Grill is the concession stand in Lowdermilk Park. It is located right next to the beach and the restrooms are behind it.Flip Flops Beach Grill is perfect when you need refreshment during your visit to the beach. No need to dress up, feel free to come on over in your swim suit. They serve breakfast sandwiches with eggs, lunch sandwiches, kids meals, and snacks. They have your usual soft drink options but they also serve beer, wine, and frozen cocktails elevating your relaxing day. I enjoyed a coffee as the sun set and air turned colder on an crisp early December evening. They also sell t-shirts, beach chairs, floaties, and water toys. Prices are a bit higher than your would typically pay outside the park but you get convenience. As an added bonus they post low and hide tide times and the sunset.Flip Flops Beach Grill is open every day from 9 AM to 6 PM. There is plenty of seating for eating and drinking on the tables under their covered patio deck. There are also picnic tables surrounding the grill.
Terrible new ownership and food, I wish the previous owners would take this establishment back over. Had to wait forever to get our simple orders even though there was no line. It is high-priced food options for very low-cost choices. Nothing states anything about a charge for refills, so like every other establishment, that means it is free refills. Very smart $$@ employees (or owners) that do not care about decent customer service - if you are not enjoying your jobs, then work somewhere else so it does not become the customers burden. Instead, they want to have altercations and perform immature stare downs to customer's. Their menu states vegetarian options for others. However, they do not have anything when the cook was questioned but miraculously later with a different person they have plenty. If you want to spend your hard earned money on overpriced terribly easy food and bad customer service, go for it. Otherwise, I would pack a lunch and enjoy the beach atmosphere. We, our family and friends, will never give them our business again until new ownership takes over.

Super convenient. Rented an umbrella and chairs. Way better then dragging it all to the beach. Also had lunch/snacks. Again, convenient and quality was better than expected.
Parking: Parking is a challenge. Have to be a bit patient and a bit lucky.

New ownership has no idea what they’re doing and it’s very obvious a beach trap money grab. The old cafe was significantly better in terms of price and food quality. There is a credit card fee that was not expressly stated or in a signed location to notice. Burger was grey and greasy and get this: it’s an UPCHARGE to have Doritos instead of Lays, I’m not kidding. Service staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all.Very disappointed that Lowdermilk has changed for the worse since Ian and I’m pretty sure the city of Naples takes bids and vets potential owners so, it’s on them. Shame.

Food is horrible so bad quality and extremely expensive and the new owner is unfriendly and cold.$13 For a cheeseburger, bun and cheap piece of meat that's it. No combos everything is seperate.Hidden credit card fees labeled as a service charge.$55 to rent an umbrella and chairs. It's actually cheaper and better food to order from Uber believe it or not

New management and not impressed. Soft pretzel came out at 200 degrees (obviously microwaved). Rock hard 2 minutes later. Very limited new menu with no chicken fingers or fries for kids. Employees seem like they hate their job. Also extra charge for credit cards but this was not clearly displayed or disclosed prior to paying. It’s a shame because this used to be a really great spot for a quick lunch when on the beach.

So happy the concession is back open! Visited Flip Flop Beach Grill with my family and we enjoyed the food from the menu. Burger with bacon was choice and my child loved her hotdog. Alcohol selection is perfect. I enjoyed my beer and my wife had her a Piña Colada. Flip flop is a must try! We will be back! Shout out to the professional and friendly staff!
