It's a charming place, with a cozy atmosphere and an irresistible aroma from the moment you enter. Everything is always fresh and made with a lot of love. Their cakes are soft, delicious and with the right point of sweetness. The bread has a perfect texture and the coffee combines wonderfully with its desserts. The staff is friendly and always has a smile. Without a doubt, an ideal place to have breakfast, snack or just enjoy a sweet moment. 🌸🍰

It's take out only then they put a 2 dollar surcharge for tip then added for themselves another 50 for a 20 dollar order.

Very friendly staff... Everyone was willing to seat me and my Dad... The atmosphere is cozy and the food is very delicious... Clean facility.. I recommend this place for great Cuban Coffee and food... kudos to the staff and management team

Very disorganized. You stand by the counter and wait for somebody with a bad attitude to take care of the customers. The pastelitos can be good or dried out and hard.

Lazy and rude servers standing around, looking bothered and unhappy. I order pastelitos and croquettes. Get home, the croquettes are not in the bag... Horrible service with a bad attitude.

Food is pretty good, the service is horrible. Three lazy servers are just standing around behind the counter. It took five minutes to get one of them to take an order for pastelitos and croquettes. When I get home, I see she forget to put the croquettes in the bag. Food Factory down the street is a lot faster, at least the servers there look like they are alive.

Google says this place closes at 7, we got there at 6:02. All we wanted was a colada and cortadito. They told us they were closing and couldn't make us anything. Fix your hours, if the ones posted arent correct. What a waste of time.
