I left feeling a little frustrated and a bit blindsided by the bill. I noticed a 3% service fee added, and I’m genuinely curious what that fee specifically covers, especially since I paid in cash and was still charged the fee on top of being prompted to leave a tip. There was no mention of a 3% service fee on the menu or anywhere else that I could see, which came across as somewhat misleading. As a business owner myself, any additional fees I charge are clearly disclosed on my website and at every point of sale, so customers know exactly what to expect. It would be appreciated if this fee could be explained more clearly and disclosed upfront on the menu or signage so guests can make informed decisions. Transparency around pricing goes a long way in building trust, and I believe a simple clarification would improve the experience for future customers.

I ordered the ropa vieja. I don't have anything to compare it to. I've never had it but it tasted just like I thought. The meat was flavorful, the sides were good as well. I had the white rice, the sweet plantain, the moro rice and the black beans. The black beans had an ingredient that l wasn't a fan off but it may be that I'm not used to it. Overall a great experience 😋.

Floridita is an absolute hidden gem in Naples! This quaint little Cuban spot may look like a small hole-in-the-wall, but don’t let its size fool you, it delivers big on flavor and hospitality. The service was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. I ordered breakfast and was so impressed that I couldn’t resist grabbing lunch to go as well. Everything was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. If you’re in Naples and want a true taste of Cuba, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it and give it a solid 10 out of 10!

Really enjoyed the empanadas but came here for an authentic Cuban sandwich. It was the BEST west of Miami. Thank you for such great memories!

The staff was fabulous and friendly, and the food wonderful. I loved the coconut pastries, very flaky and just the right amount of sweetness.

We visited for lunch, the portions are big. The ropa vieja and the day special were good. We also ordered the churrasco with chimichurri, unfortunately the beef had a bad smell and it was a bit off, we had to changed it for another dish. They were very nice and make it right immediately. We also tried the empanadas and they were very delicious. I recommend this place for a quick lunch, affordable prices, good portions. Thank you
