I left feeling a little frustrated and a bit blindsided by the bill. I noticed a 3% service fee added, and I’m genuinely curious what that fee specifically covers, especially since I paid in cash and was still charged the fee on top of being prompted to leave a tip. There was no mention of a 3% service fee on the menu or anywhere else that I could see, which came across as somewhat misleading. I ordered the ropa vieja. I don't have anything to compare it to. I've never had it but it tasted just like I thought. The meat was flavorful, the sides were good as well. I had the white rice, the sweet plantain, the moro rice and the black beans. The black beans had an ingredient that l wasn't a fan off but it may be that I'm not used to it. Overall a great experience 😋.
Floridita is an absolute hidden gem in Naples! This quaint little Cuban spot may look like a small hole-in-the-wall, but don’t let its size fool you, it delivers big on flavor and hospitality.
