This is the second time that we have walked out of Food and Thought 2 due to no service. We were seated outside by the manager, the manager then brought us waters after about 8 minutes and then we sat for about another 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. The place was not crowed and there were at least 2 servers walking around. I do not understand how Alfies Seed to Table can have such good service and F&T2 struggles.

Takes an hour to get your food. Zero communication from servers. Very slow and bad service

This place is amazing! As a new yorker looking for top notch breakfast- they use real ingredients and have an amazing menu. Custom smoothies too.

We dine here frequently. Good choice for casual, healthy food. But dish quality can be inconsistent. Some were excellent (pot roast, burgers). Others were kind of blah (scallops). Service can also be inconsistent. But atmosphere is pleasant, casual.

We dine here somewhat regularly and have found it be very good. On this trip we brought two friends and I did not want to be critical. The food prep was terrible. The “16 oz “ pork chop was thin, over cooked ( not nearly medium as ordered) and dry. The vegetables were so overcooked the asparagus was soft as noodles. Last they have the annoying habit of piling the food items on top of each other. NEWS FLASH : Customers don't want to have to separate their food. I know it looks good in pictures but in practice it's obnoxious. For such basic meals the result was disappointing.

I expected more gluten free options. They were also out of short rib! But the mocktail was good.

I love organic clean food. I am also gluten and dairy free and there were so many options for me on the menu but was hard to choose!! Can't wait to go back. Even use the 10% discount from the meal receipt to shop in the grocery store

The food was horrible, i mean down right horrible. Could not cut the chicken, needed a steak knife. Thinking it was a leftover cutlet. The edges were hard. The caesar dressing was just awful. The service was sub par. The server said she would keep an eye on our food and would space it out, she didnt and it all came out at the same time. We had no room on our table. We definately will not be returning to this place and will be passing the word on that the “organic” food was HORRIBLE! Could not get out of this place as quickly as we wanted to. Just awful!

We eat here all the time. We love the food. The service continues to go down hill. I hope they are able to find some better staff soon.

Five stars for Food & Thought 2! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A perfect spot for a healthy and delicious meal—highly recommend!

We just left Food and Thought 2 (for Happy Hour) and the service was pathetic. There were three people in the bar when we arrived at 4pm. The bartender took our food and drink order. She forgot our drink order and the food took 40 minutes to be delivered to our table. The food was good but we won’t go back.

(We were also there in March for lunch after church one Sunday and left after waiting 15 minutes to order. We thought we’d try Food and Thought 2 one more time today to see if the service had improved. It hadn’t.)

We arrived with the expectation that the food would be exceptional and artisanal. Unfortunately, we were let down by every aspect. I ordered a beet salad, which appeared to contain beets straight from a can, and the salad itself seemed to be several days old. Additionally, I had a piece of grouper that lacked flavor.

My husband chose smoked salmon on bread accompanied by two poached eggs; however, the food was served cold, the eggs were overcooked, and the bread was hard. Subsequently, he experienced discomfort and a stomach ache.

In conclusion, we found the food to be mediocre and overpriced, resembling a typical tourist trap.
