First, our server was outstanding! She made my birthday dinner even more memorable. Almost all food was exceptional: octopus, fritters, short rib and swordfish. Only complaint was with my pork which was overly pan-seared. But the fried beignets brought me back. Cocktails were also very special.

The food was excellent as was our waitress. However, I have never been to a less flexible restaurant. Most restaurants allow dressing on the side- they would not. I wanted caesar salad without parmesan cheese- they would not serve it to me that way. They would not serve any dish without sauce.

I recently dined at Fuse Global Cuisine in Naples. The food was definitely better than average – fresh ingredients and well-executed flavors. I had a salad with burrata, bluefin tuna, and watermelon, which was a nice balance of creamy, savory, and sweet. However, the price was shocking: $73 for the salad alone felt way over the top, even for high-quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was attentive, but the value just didn’t match the cost. It’s hard to justify those prices when there are plenty of great dining options in Naples offering better value.
Would I recommend it? Only if you’re not concerned about price. Otherwise, there are more reasonably priced spots with equally good food nearby.

Had one of the ribs plus burger. Was not really impressed at all as the burger had no flavor and my ribs were drier than the Sahara desert. I love bbq but this just wasn’t it, especially for the price.
