I would venture to say you cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. This Chef knows flavors. We started with the Kangaroo, yes you heard correctly. Kangaroo and it was delicious! We shared a Cuban Salad and then split the Swordfish. The combination of flavors and the risotto was amazing! Move this up on your list to enjoy in the near future. M&D

We were a party of 6 and had an amazing experience. We ordered several appetizers including the grilled octopus/ pork belly and the BBQ Bao- both were incredible. The majority of our table ordered the short rib entree which was packed with flavor - very balanced dish. Another in our party had the duck panckakes which were exceptional. Crafted drinks from the bar blew past our expectations- Smoked Banana Old Fashioned was a hit! Great excecution by the staff all the way around! I didn't have the presence of mind to snap photos of the food, unfortunately but also I'm good with readers of this post using their imagination. Cheers!

We've been dining at Fuse since they opened. Fuse never disappoints. I think we've had just about everything on the menu. For this evening we had the Burrata & Melon (SO Good) and the Mediterranean Swordfish (Delicious). Jessica was our server and she was a delight. And of course Monica at the Bar always ready to greet patrons with a smile and whatever they'd like to drink. If you haven't tried, go soon. If you have, go again. We'll be back in the very near future. :-)

Amazing experience from start to finish! The short rib was amazing. A unique take on grits that I'll crave forever. Cocktails were on point and bartender created a fun atmosphere. Will be a place to visit anytime I'm in Naples.

Fuse is one of the most eclectic menus around. Excellent food from authentic BBQ to kangaroo carpaccio (yes, it's real). To the best scallops pork belly combo ever.

Monica, the owner at Bartender provides the highest level of service to all that sit at her bar! Greg, her husband and Chef prepare a juicy and flavorful brisket as well as all the food that he prepares being among the best I've had in Naples ! Their service is warm and accommodating. Cannot believe I have never been to Fuse before Friday night! Excellent service from a young lady, amazing drinks by Monika and the best Beef Brisket I have ever had! Sides are perfection and that corn bread to die for! Ended the evening with the Dubai Chocolate Martini! Absolutely to die for! I am a restaurant manager in town and have already bragged about Fuse to all my friends! Pure perfection from start to finish!

First, our server was outstanding! She made my birthday dinner even more memorable. Almost all food was exceptional: octopus, fritters, short rib and swordfish. Only complaint was with my pork which was overly pan-seared. But the fried beignets brought me back. Cocktails were also very special.

This place was about a half a mile from our hotel, we decided to give it a go because we wanted some good cocktails. The cocktails we got were very good, and very creative. The prices on things were a little steep but we didnt really care that much.The food we got was really good too, although I rarely eat bbq! We ordered the butternut squash fritters with collard greens, and my boyfriend had the baobuns and the bolognese for his entree. He really liked it. Our server was real good. I like the ambience in that place but it's fancy for bbq! Definitely was looking to go back the next day but it was closed until Tuesday. Will be back!
