Last night I had the pleasure of dining at the Fuse Global Cuisine as a treat for my Birthday. WOW! What a wonderful restaurant. The food was exceptionally delicious and the portions were generous. I ended up taking half my dinner home due to the huge portions. The entree selections were excellent and varied and choices of large and small plates gave the patron more to choose from. Our waitress Jessica was lovely and friendly. She very helpful and informative on all food selections. Jessica was delightful and added to joy of a happy occasion. I am looking forward to returning to this marvelous restaurant. Thank you for the great dining experience.

Fuse always delivers. From the moment you walk in, everything is top-tier—both the service and the food are impeccable. In the dining room, Khris has quickly become our favorite server. Her passion for food and culinary knowledge truly shine, and she delivers it all with a big, fun-loving smile.
At the bar, Monika consistently crafts some of the best cocktails in Naples. The diverse menu keeps my wife and me coming back, as there’s always something new and unique for her to try. We usually start with the BBQ bao buns, kangaroo, or tuna poke—all outstanding. For entrées, I stick with the classics: ribs, tuna togarashi, filet, pork belly, or the fresh catch. You can’t go wrong with any of them.
Highly recommended!

Fuse BBQ Gastrobar completely stole our hearts! The ambiance is incredibly warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The restaurant itself is stunning, and the bar is absolutely gorgeous. You feel instantly welcomed the moment you walk in.
Our bartender, Monica, was incredible. She was so kind, attentive, and made us the most amazing drinks, truly elevated the whole experience. I’m not sure if Monica is an owner or not, but it honestly felt that way, she cared so much about every detail and about making sure everyone had an amazing experience.
Now for the food… wow. My husband and I shared the BBQ bao (two pieces), filled with smoked pork belly, kimchee, pequin aioli, roasted cashew-peanut purée, hoisin, all tucked into perfectly steamed buns. Every bite was packed with flavor.
We also ordered the scallops & smoked pork belly, which featured pan-roasted U-8 day-boat diver scallops, braised heritage pork belly, spiced black bean ragout, roasted chile aioli, goat’s milk crema, roasted maduros, and a fresh tomato-avocado relish. It was absolutely phenomenal. We cleaned the plates, every single bite was that good.
Beyond the food and drinks, the energy in the restaurant was just amazing. Everyone around us was so happy and friendly, and you could feel the good vibes all around. It was our first time at Fuse, but without a doubt, we are now permanent customers. We completely fell in love with this place and cannot wait to come back!

A favorite going on 6 years. I will admit I am a bar fly and I love Monika who has a true gift with libations! Gregg, is a master chef and nothing on the menu had been anything less than a treat for the taste buds. Everytime we are in Naples we have to go at least once! Enjoy!

It was just wonderful. We're not fans of fusion food, but we heard so many good things about this place that we had to try it — and it did not disappoint. Special mention to the bao, the duck, and the mac & cheese. The service was also perfect from start to finish. Overall, we will 100% be back.
We ordered the crab cake appetizer to start at the recommendation of our server. Delicious! We then had the smoked short rib which was tender and delicious. Our server encouraged us to order 4 sides which were all yummy- sweet potato fries, sweet potato mash, cornbread and coleslaw. Unfortunately, this was way too much food. The meat portion was huge and the sides also way too much to eat. We could've shared the entree as the sliced meat was thick and very filling. It cost us unnecessarily because we literally only ate half the food. Go easy ordering if you go there!
Absolutely the Best BBQ in town Amazing corn bread and Mac and cheese too!! Service was excellent
This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. The food is delicious and well prepared. We enjoyed the octopus starter-a mix great flavors. The BBQ melts in your mouth and is perfectly seasoned. I am a coleslaw fan and theirs is excellent. Try the pepperoni Mac n cheese side - yum!!! Great vibe, beautiful restaurant and friendly service.
Great service! All the food was excellent... loved the crab cake and smoked items bristled and ribs. Cocktails...banana old fashioned and margarita with hot honey were delicious.
Luxury at affordable pricing. Craft cocktails are not only very appealing to look at they are as yummy to enjoy. Cuisine is so delicious you want to try everything on the menu. Monica (owner/bartender) makes everyone feel a part of her family from the very first visit. One of the best restaurants in Naples Florida to spend the evening.

The prices here have gotten really high. Won't be back because of it. The service was attentive most of the time. We were almost done with our salads when she finally came back to take our dinner order. The food is unique and tasty
My wife and I are recently back in Naples after spending four months in our off season home in downtown Chicago. Until three years ago downtown Chicago had been our longtime primary residence and we've always been in love with the outstanding dining scene there. But last night we returned to one of our very favorite restaurants—-the Fuse Gastrobar which is owned by the husband and wife team of master chef Greg Scarlatti and his wife and brilliant mixologist/bartender Monica Czechowska. So many reviewers focus on the wonderful barbecue, the extraordinary global menu and Chef Greg Scarlatti's amazing execution of every recipe. And Monica Czechowska's creativity in her craft cocktail creations and her likability and effectiveness as a host/bartender is pointed out in nearly every rave review. But I believe what also makes this terrific dining spot so unique is the very appealing personality of the dining room itself. The heart of the room is the comfortable bar where Monica orchestrates the flow of the cocktails, fine wine, beer, impressive bourbon selections and even some of the often rich conversation. Fuse is usually filled with plenty of regular devotees, but the vibe is never cliquish. Regulars and tourists mesh well together and generally share a little wonderment at the overall experience. And that often spontaneous camaraderie often emanates throughout the restaurant. The room is unpretentious, cozy, and lit to a bit of a glow. The place has a good spirit and warmth—and the staff convinces you that this is indeed a labor of love. So much creativity fueled by the ability to make it all work! Owners Monica and Greg should be very proud!
Prepare to be blown away by FUSE! They've cultivated inventive cocktails, have a massive spirits list and the team in the kitchen turns out one masterpiece after another.
