It was just wonderful. We're not fans of fusion food, but we heard so many good things about this place that we had to try it — and it did not disappoint. Special mention to the bao, the duck, and the mac & cheese. The service was also perfect from start to finish. Overall, we will 100% be back.
We ordered the crab cake appetizer to start at the recommendation of our server. Delicious! We then had the smoked short rib which was tender and delicious. Our server encouraged us to order 4 sides which were all yummy- sweet potato fries, sweet potato mash, cornbread and coleslaw. Unfortunately, this was way too much food. The meat portion was huge and the sides also way too much to eat. We could've shared the entree as the sliced meat was thick and very filling. It cost us unnecessarily because we literally only ate half the food. Go easy ordering if you go there!
Absolutely the Best BBQ in town Amazing corn bread and Mac and cheese too!! Service was excellent
This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. The food is delicious and well prepared. We enjoyed the octopus starter-a mix great flavors. The BBQ melts in your mouth and is perfectly seasoned. I am a coleslaw fan and theirs is excellent. Try the pepperoni Mac n cheese side - yum!!! Great vibe, beautiful restaurant and friendly service.
Great service! All the food was excellent... loved the crab cake and smoked items bristled and ribs. Cocktails...banana old fashioned and margarita with hot honey were delicious.
Fuse is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Naples!! Monica who is the owner, as well as bartender, is precious. The food is to die for and her drinks are just fabulous. This place is a must when visiting Naples...
The prices here have gotten really high. Won't be back because of it. The service was attentive most of the time. We were almost done with our salads when she finally came back to take our dinner order. The food is unique and tasty
My wife and I are recently back in Naples after spending four months in our off season home in downtown Chicago. Until three years ago downtown Chicago had been our longtime primary residence and we've always been in love with the outstanding dining scene there. But last night we returned to one of our very favorite restaurants—-the Fuse Gastrobar which is owned by the husband and wife team of master chef Greg Scarlatti and his wife and brilliant mixologist/bartender Monica Czechowska. So many reviewers focus on the wonderful barbecue, the extraordinary global menu and Chef Greg Scarlatti's amazing execution of every recipe. And Monica Czechowska's creativity in her craft cocktail creations and her likability and effectiveness as a host/bartender is pointed out in nearly every rave review. But I believe what also makes this terrific dining spot so unique is the very appealing personality of the dining room itself. The heart of the room is the comfortable bar where Monica orchestrates the flow of the cocktails, fine wine, beer, impressive bourbon selections and even some of the often rich conversation. Fuse is usually filled with plenty of regular devotees, but the vibe is never cliquish. Regulars and tourists mesh well together and generally share a little wonderment at the overall experience. And that often spontaneous camaraderie often emanates throughout the restaurant. The room is unpretentious, cozy, and lit to a bit of a glow. The place has a good spirit and warmth—and the staff convinces you that this is indeed a labor of love. So much creativity fueled by the ability to make it all work! Owners Monica and Greg should be very proud!
Excellent place, thoroughly enjoyed it.

As always Monika and the staff were wonderful and we are glad to have them back after thier summer holiday! But the real story here is the fabulous food and drinks! If you haven't tried Fuse you are just missing out. And the two items we had from the new menu, the shrimp and grits and the cornflake crusted cobia daily catch were fantastic!!! Thank you Fuse for another wonderful night.

Fuse is one of those rare restaurants that feels like walking into Cheers—warm, welcoming, and instantly familiar. The dining experience is exceptional, and the creative cocktails crafted by their talented mixologist, Monica, are a highlight all on their own. We highly recommend it.
Scallops and Pork Belly plate was delicious! Big enough to share if ordering appetizers before. Looking forward to the next outing, because there were to many options that we didn't get to taste. Kudos to Jessica for superb service.
