I have been in Naples for 48 years. I consider myself a FOODIE... Fuse is one of the finest restaurants in Naples. They check every box. Monika is a very special part of the experience. Congratulations ?

We had another fantastic evening at Fuse. Took our friends there to celebrate a birthday and 30th anniversary and it could not have been better. Monica is a true mixologist and our waitress, Kathleen was great.

Had a great experience at Fuse, our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. I must say the entree portions were HUGE and could have easily been split, wish I had. I could only eat a quarter of my scallops and pork belly meal after we had some appetizers which were very good. Next time we will try the BBQ - looked fabulous.

We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in. The bus boy was very pleasant. We were greeted by our wait staff Chris and Barbara (she was in training). Chris was very knowledgeable about the menu. The chopped salad and Caesar salad were great! Enough for two people. Our entrees were fabulous. We had ribs, Thai short rib entree and the Mediterranean seafood medley. For dessert we had the Bourbon bread pudding. It was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Chris you were great! We will be back soon. I was also impressed with the speed of getting our food.

Love this place. Small unassuming restaurant in a strip mall. Food is spectacular. Unique items you don't see at most places. We asked our server to surprise us with two appetizers and shared the octopus and duck bruschetta - delicious. The Mediterranean catch was also wonderful. They have a nice wine list and craft cocktails too. Server was very friendly and attentive. One of our favorite places in Naples.

My husband and I have been to Fuse many times and it has always been one of our favorites. The food has always been consistently good. It was a first visit for the others in our party and everyone loved their meal and the variety of choices.

We were seated on time for our reservation. The menu had many excellent offerings. The server suggested the short ribs which we both ordered. The entrees arrived and looked appetizing. The flavors were excellent however the temperature was not right. Not cold but only warm. Because the cost of dining out has increased significantly we felt we had to send them back. By the time the server checked on us we had eaten about a third of the dinner. She graciously took our plates to the kitchen to reheat them but didn't return for about 10 minutes. Mine was ok but my companion's was not. The break in the dinner made me lose my appetite and I ended up taking about 1/2 of the entree home in a box. This is a very good restaurant and I do recommend it. I just want them to be very careful of the food temperature for health reasons as well as enjoyment. I will return again to give it another try.

On recommendation, we tried this place last night and had a terrible experience. The food that we did get was pretty good I would say, but the service was extremely slow… We waited over 20 minutes to get a drink and another 20 minutes to get appetizers and then when we ordered Our entrées, we were finally told that they had basically no food left for the evening. None of the meats and none of the handhelds so we overpaid for wine and walked out. Very disappointed and no effort at all to communicate that they were out of food. Kangaroo was very good but too bad…will never go back.

Fuse has clearly become one of our very favorite restaurants in Naples. It is excellent on so many fronts! The menu is beautifully varied and consistently excellent. We love their barbecue and the options available—and the remainder of their global selections are always creative in ingredients and preparation and distinctively delicious. Their craft cocktails and wine list are also both real standouts. And the service (we try to always have seasoned server Chris attend our table) is always friendly and very attentive. We also love the intimacy and feel of the room and the number of obvious regulars there who seem to be as big of fans of Fuse as we are. I highly recommend this place!

Such a wonderful birthday dinner! Cocktails were superb. Appetizer was different and so delish. The entrees were impeccable. They brought my husband a dessert to end off the evening. Best part was the service! You cannot beat this dinner!

Decided to try Fuse last night and had a great experience. When we arrived, the hostess advised that they’re only taking customers that have a reservation but bar seating is available. We grabbed 2 seats at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by the bartender, Monica. She is amazing and very attentive! For the appetizer, we ordered the bbq bao buns. Delicious!! For the entree, my husband ordered the pork chop which he enjoyed and I ordered the boneless short ribs with a side of the mac and cheese. I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese but my husband thought it was good. The short ribs were delicious! There were a ton of things on the menu that sounded great so we’ll definitely be back!

Saw all the positive reviews and as a big smoked meat fan wanted to try.I had the platter which included 4 meats and 2 small sides for $58. Each meat was ~1/3 pound totaling around 1.33 pounds of meat. For $58 with 2 small sides that is super pricey. I believe I saw on old posts that this platter used to cost low $40’s which IMO is where it should be priced. My wife had the octopus app as her main which she said was good.I was very surprised they wouldn't allow any substitutions or even having a part of the dish on the side which I found odd in today’s world with people’s dietary restrictions .Our waiter was ok. Not the friendliest but fine.Prices for this restaurant are definitely on the higher side and located in a strip mall where you don’t get that scenery either.
