“Tulia has a nice vibe and rustic Italian style. It is nice place to hang out. The food was very tasty and fresh it appears. The bread was fantastic, as well as pizza and rissoto we had. Only remark on Rissoto portion size that it could be a bit larger for the price.
Service was fine, in general good place to have cocktail or dinner.“
