Gigi’s bakery did it again….from exceptional customer service to a wonderful baked good. This bakery delivered a beautiful cake based on my picture, to the smallest detail. The cake itself was delicious, fresh, and a complete success, so much that I didn’t get to eat any…..it was gone too soon.

Great customer service and everybody loved the cake. I contacted three other cuban bakeries before getting to Gigi's and most of the communication channels with clients didn't even work . Got to Gigi's with very little hopes and they saved my day. With only 2 days notice they made me the exact cake I wanted. Their food is delicious and their customer service is way above any other cuban bakery in Naples, Florida. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
