Extremely poor service! Took over 1 hour to get our main course! Waitress never checked back in on is after we received first drink and appetizer. Food was mediocre at best! Never will return.

My Husband and I,so enjoy having cocktails and dinner at your restaurant.. We are regulars, and average every couple weeks! Your food is wonderful with a lovely array of choices.. The bartenders are very welcoming and the servers are very friendly and accommodating..

I booked a reservation around 5pm for outdoor seating for two on a Friday at 5:45 so I show up on time for the hostess to tell me it's going to be an hour wait because they had someone call off. There were still a few more openings on open table but clearly this place does not honor reservations so I will never waste my time with this establishment. I understand that being short staffed can happen but why did I receive a confirmation of the reservation if you had zero intention of honoring it. Plenty of other options in the area so I took my business elsewhere.

I went for my birthday celebration since this was supposed to be a nice fun experience restaurant. However, it was very chilly in the restaurant and the tables were super crowded together. As far as food, my boyfriend got a spicy pasta sausages dish and said it was reslly good. I ordered the stuffed shrimp to start which was really good, and for my main course I got the steak which came with collard greens which were really not eatable and asparagus which was under cooked. Overall, I think this place is a hit or miss depending on what you order. Service was slow because they pack everyone in but the server was a nice young man. Not sure if I will be going back though.

We had the worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant in Naples at New Year’s Eve. We had the set menu, at $139 per person, and we ordered the filet mignon. It was NOT a filet mignon cut. We literally took one bite each, and spit it out. We told the server that we want to talk to a manager, and he came back and told us that the manager was “too busy.” We enjoyed the music tremendously. But we were totally ripped off with the food.

We drove in from out of town and went to see the Matt Stone As Elvis show and had a wonderful time! The food was great and the service was friendly. As for the show, all I can say is wow! Looking forward to returning and checking out other shows

I had a concern and went to the owner to have a conversation… An intelligent conversation. He was extremely rude, and I will not go back there. It was one of our favorite places to go see Manhattan connection and brought people in, but because of his terrible attitude, I’m surprised the place is still open.

We ordered carryout and while they were good about the
gluten free items, they left a sauce off of an entree, so gritty gf pasta and chicken breast without any sauce . They also left off an entire order of pizza and no offer to refund the price of that entree. The food was meh and we won’t return

$15 cover charge to watch rock republic. We have seen them several times before with no cover charge. And suddenly they impose a cover charge to see the band. Last time we go see a band there.

New Year’s Eve 2025 our group of 10 went to Giuseppe and the Lyon.
The restaurant was packed with too many people, frankly we felt unsafe if something were to happen. The place was so loud we couldn’t even carry a conversation. The place was understaffed and waiters not trained, it took almost 45 minutes to get our drinks, food was served to half of our table and the other half waited almost one hour to get their food, when the food came it was disgustingly cold and had been walked around the dinning room before it came to us because the staff didn’t know where to serve it. Needless to say we couldn’t eat it. At the end we were presented with $1000 bill for drinks that none of us had. When we tried to speak to the person in charge, he turned mean and nasty, this was obviously another table bill or a scam.
We left hungry and disgusted. We discourage anyone from going to this restaurant.
We will never go back to Giuseppe and the Lyon.

Perfect combo for the family! A wide variety! My husband and I can never agree on food but here we have sushi or Italian to please both of us! Family friendly and great music ambiance!! Their cocktail options and chicken parm are our favorites!!

I would give this place negative stars if that were possible. We attended the New Year’s Eve party, and it was extremely overcrowded—honestly felt unsafe and like a fire hazard. Food and drinks were poorly managed: when items came out, only some people at the table were served while others waited 30 minutes or more, and the food was often cold. At times, our food was even delivered to the wrong table. To make things worse, the venue added extra tables onto the dance floor, so people were dancing right next to (and against) our table while we were trying to eat. On top of all that, multiple drinks were added to our bill that did not belong to our table.
Overall, the experience was chaotic, disorganized, and frustrating. I would not return and strongly recommend AVOIDING!!!

The worst service I have ever seen. We booked our New Year’s Eve table for 9:15 to midnight. We waited for an hour until 10pm and never got seated. We asked the manager for help and he flat out said NO. Unbelieavable.
