It’s a small shop with a few display cases and just a little seating. We’ll definitely keep Mikkelsen’s in mind next time we’re in the area.
This is my second visit to this bakery and the cupcake was stale both times this is very disappointing given the price and the gelato is average there's a place right down the street much better
I purchased 3 cupcakes for $19. two were good, but the 3rd was extremely crusty -- as if it had been in the showcase at least one day. Maybe I am wrong, but I think for that price, it should have been super fresh at least.

Grace & Shelly’s is a must-visit in Naples! The cupcakes are incredibly moist and flavorful, and their creamy ice cream is the perfect pairing. Friendly staff, cute shop, and top-quality treats every time. 5 stars – best cupcake and ice cream spot around!

Just moved back to Naples and remembered how good your cupcakes were. My wife was very disappointed about how dry and tasteless they were! Not everybody is a tourist here, you need to improve your quality!

Thank you for helping me make my daughter's birthday special. We had a beautiful and delicious gluten free and nut free cake and cupcakes. We just added a topper of her favorite character. Thank you for the recommendation to add rosettes, they truly made the cake magical. They were enjoyed by both kids and parents equally. We'll definitely come back for my son's birthday next.

We always make it a point to stop here for ice cream and cupcakes whenever my husband and I are on 5th Ave. I love it that they have two locations in Naples, so we never have to worry about running out of our favorite cupcakes!

The ice creams are served GENEROUSLY.
The choice of perfumes is quite varied and quite good.
I could tell you that it is expensive but on 5th Avenue you will hardly find cheaper.
