Every time I visit Naples this is my go to place for all you can eat buffet. Always great food with a good variety, employees are always pleasant and prices aren't bad.

First time going here, went 3 people and left $12 tip and the waitress got mad because of the amount of the tip. This is embarrassing and harassing costumers for a tip, when all they do is serving you a soda. Never again. GRAND BUFFET DO BETTER!

The food was only okay, and I wasn’t even finished eating when they brought the check. Furthermore, they insisted I pay at the table instead of the main counter, as is usual. When I offered a $5 tip, they refused it and told me I had to choose from three options. I felt disrespected and will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible customer service from this place I was completely content with my food experience until the waitress told me I didn’t tip her for the “lack” of work she was doing. I literally watched her eat while we had a table of dirty dishes. I was not happy with that place of business. Not a recommendation for anyone.!

I was denied access to the main part of the restaurant because of discrimination. The manager required that I be seated in the back of the restaurant. When I asked why, he said it is the only place he allows service animals. I told him he was not allowed to discriminate against me or my service animal but it made no difference.

Horrible experience at this place. Food was ok - not bad or good. We arrived at 3:30, charged for dinner-even though sign at entrance indicates dinner after 4pm-no big deal, we didn't complain and paid our bill for 5 people. Right after handing our money with tip included this random waitress goes and checks my bill and stops us saying we needed to leave more money for tip. What the heck? I clearly explained our tip was included because I was confused as to what she was questioning. She said that I HAD to leave more money. Very weird situation, lacking customer service. Will not be back.

One star I wish I could put zero the food was rubbery and dry it looked like it’s been sitting there for hours we asked a manger if they could switch out the food and he said no there’s nothing he could do about it so we just payed with no tip and she complained about not giving a tip
