We were there for a wedding rehearsal and perhaps it was a big demand for them. Not sure. Lots of waiting around for food. Nice people tho

Let’s begin by mentioning the fact that we are local people living in Naples and very familiar with most restaurants in town .We decided to visit your establishment on a weekend night .We were greeted at the door by a male named Nick.It was more than 6 of us and he sat us in a 6 chair table and added an extra chair on a side which by the way is a very dinner kinda of accommodation (acceptable for breakfast but not for dinner ).That set the mood for the rest of the night .There were plenty of empty tables so he could have been more welcoming and. Accommodating!Food -ok nothing to rave about compared to other places in town..Definitely not recommending to other guests and friends.You probably don’t care if that is the way you run your business but as a customer I wanted to share my opinion and experience.If that is a signature way of treating customers you succeeded .

We decided to check out the Sizzle menu offering at Grappino. The standard menu and special looked great so it was a tough decision! We were greeted and seated right away - with our reservation. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and full lots of recommendations.
All the food arrived at perfect intervals. We tried the fish and lamb. All the dishes were well presented and delicious. There were no disappointments with any choices. I'll be back.
