What a terrible experience. My son saw some fresh baked sugar cookies cooling on the rack so I asked the lady working there if we could get one. She was emphatic that she had to sell the ones on the shelf first. I finally gave in and bought one that was on the shelf because my son really wanted a sugar cookie. I have to tell you it was practically inedible. It was at least two days old and crunchier than a hocky puck. Maybe I'm overexaggerating a little but it clearly wasn't fresh and clearly not worth the $3.50 it cost me. We won't be back to this location.

With this Napless, FL location being under new management the products and service are now outstanding. Everything is baked fresh daily and the place is neat, organized and spotless. I ordered a cookie cake and it was moist and fresh and truly delicious. I highly recommend this establishment for all your cookie/cake needs.
