The food and waitstaff were wonderful! Upon entering the host had us wait just a few moments for a nice quiet booth that was romantic and cozy! Our waitress was so knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed the overall experience! Would highly recommend
Our waiter was very informative and his suggestions were excellent. Our food was beautifully presented and prepared. This restaurant is one of our favorites in Naples. I would highly recommend this lovely spot on 5th Avenue from our front door greeter to our waiter to the Chef and his team. Don't miss this opportunity to dine!
It's been about a year or so since I last visited Chops and I must say I was a bit disappointed. It used to be an experience but now it's just starting to feel dated. We sat in a booth that was incredibly tight (they appeared to all be the same) and which had a crazy piece of heavy fabric that needed to be pulled aside in order to enter/exit. When I looked at the wainscotting on the wall, I was shocked to see layers of dust that had built up. It makes one wonder about the rest of the restaurant's level of cleanliness. I had a three-steak sampler (three 3 oz cuts). Two of the pieces were fatty end pieces. Certainly not fine cuts. The salad and side dishes were fine but not exceptional. Two people with one glass of wine and one cocktail between them and it was still over $300. Not worth the price.
Great dining experience overall. Many thanks to Kevin and Anthony at the bar for their great service and suggestions. Thank you to Aaron for great service and excellent suggestions. John has a great team. We will be back soon.
We dined at Chops last night and the food was great. Started with Spring Rolls and a salad, then the Pork Chop and Seared Tuna dinners. Everything was beyond delicious, cooked perfectly. Enjoyed a bottle of Chablis with dinner. Erica was our server and made the night even better. She was on point. Very nice, knowledgeable and made sure all our food and drinks were perfectly timed. We will be back soon.
We were seated at the special VIP table in the back. Seats were very comfortable. WE had difficulty getting around the table. Could the table be pulled out so we could walk into the seats. Otherwise everything was excellent as usual.
Chops is one of our favorites here in Naples. John and his staff do an exceptional job every time we come and the food is always outstanding. The menu has something for everyone and they accommodate dietary needs and restrictions extremely well. The ambience both in and outdoors is excellent. Can't wait to return!
Our first visit to Chops will encourage us to visit again. Service, food and ambience was excellent. Expect to match some of the finer restaurants in Naples 5th and expect your tab to be similar.
We always like Choos but my wife and I feel that the Sizzle menu left a lot to be desired. A Fillet was $62 with absolutely no side dish at all So by the time I ordered a side I was at $75.00. Nor really a bargain would have been better officers g from regular menus
What a great experience! We did not expect the attention to detail in ambience- it really was just lovely with the added elegance of wonderful piano music and white table cloths. We were fortunate to have Kim as our server as she brought the perfect balance of attentiveness without intrusion. We dined from the Sizzle Dining menu which often in restaurants is a compromise. There was no compromise whatsoever at Chops in the quality (or quantity) of the offerings. Amazing salad, excellent bread. The spectacular Wagyu shoulder cut steak is an item I have never encountered and it was absolutely delicious. Although it was not quite as tender as some cuts I found it to be amazing in both texture and flavor. The Faroe Island salmon ordered by my wife was one of her all time favorite salmon dishes. The two desserts, key lime pie and dearth by chocolate, served warm with passion fruit sorbet, were both stunning. Chops offers an exemplary lesson in how a restaurant should treat promotional dining menu experiences...an opportunity to acquire long term customers.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our dinner at Chops. The food was amazing! My steak was cooked perfectly and the clam chowder is the best I've had in a long time. Our servers name was Will and he was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu and wines. 10/10 experience and we will recommend Chops to our friends.
Service was horrendous. Food not great. Manager was amazing. I think it would have been a different experience if our surly waiter, Will, had checked on our meals, bothered to pour our wine for us or pretended to care about our experience. Having worked in the service industry before, I find this unacceptable. Everyone gets in the weeds, but the attitude ruined the evening.
We had the best dinner date here. It was intimate & the atmosphere was exactly what we needed. The customer service was exceptional, the food was delicious & our server Cristian was amazing, and the manager John was an absolute joy to meet. We also loved the pianist Julian he was so talented and had a very nice smile. Such an incredible atmosphere we will be back. Everything was top-notch.
We dined before and enjoyed Chops, but last night was a big disappointment. We ordered off the sizzle menu but my dinner was not good. I was so disappointed with my prime rib rib, the meat was very tough, with no flavor. I asked to switch French fries for either baked or mashed potatoes, said couldn't change. My husband and sister had the waghu dinner and also were very disappointed. We've had the waghu there before and this didn't come close. Sorry, but wouldn't recommend.
It took 20 minutes for our waiter to come and get our first drink order. We also ordered our food at the same time because we worried how long things we taking. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Took another 20 minutes to get our food. From when we checked in and got our food it took almost an hour. Food was delicious. Cost was too much. Not worth the time. There are other steakhouses to go to. Not going back.
