You can never go wrong with Haagen Daz and this location is perfect. Mila is the sweetest. So friendly, warm and kind.

This place smells like mold! It hits you as soon as you walk in the door… they have a dog bowl out front that is always empty- strange for such a dog friendly area… the woman who works there is less than friendly, never smiles.. sad. Don’t even ask her for water for the dog bowl- even if you’re buying ice cream!! It’s an ice cream store- should be a happy experience, not a drag!

Order online, and they canceled my order at 6:28. I called at 6:28 to see why.The lady said we are closing.Liar. So I called back at 8:00 they were open.Lousy service and laziness.Not a friendly environment.Rude staff.

Showed up 25 min before closing 05/17 to order some one-scoops in either bowls or cones and the girl was insanely rude. Literally slamming the cooler doors after scooping ice cream and talking to us like dogs ?

The owner leaves one person to work the counter. The line is long with one worker. At least 2 people should be there. The poor young people working. The owner should work the night shift and experience the lines. Shame on you!
