Go elsewhere if you want personalized cakes like how they advertise. I’ve been calling over the last several days, trying to place a birthday cake order. The “head baker” I spoke to said that she’s not interested in making more cakes because she already made plenty and doesn’t want them to go to waste. ??? That has nothing to do with me, and I’m a paying customer who wants a specific cake made. If your store advertises personalized cakes available, why would you deny an order just because it’s inconvenient for you? I’ve been getting pushed around the last couple days, and now they’re telling me they need three days in advance to make the cake. I’ve been calling with five days in advance, only to be shuffled around and not given a clear response. Only for them to finally say it’s too late. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Follow up: (12/30) LOL I don’t think I’ve ever been called a liar by a business for THEIR failure to provide adequate customer service. I never had an issue with placing the order in person. Your location is a drive for me and I wanted to confirm that you guys were even capable in the first place to make the customized cake like how you advertise on your website. This place is a joke. Your management is a joke. Once again proving my point, go elsewhere.

This place smells like mold! It hits you as soon as you walk in the door… they have a dog bowl out front that is always empty- strange for such a dog friendly area… the woman who works there is less than friendly, never smiles.. sad. Don’t even ask her for water for the dog bowl- even if you’re buying ice cream!! It’s an ice cream store- should be a happy experience, not a drag!
