Run!!! Cockroaches!!!!They have taken my 1st review down, that must mean someone is reading this and deleting it.My husband and I stopped in around 7pm because they were the only Pho resturant nearby. After we ordered our Pho, my husband and I went to thr bathroom to wash up.The womens bathroom had more than 10 cockroaches - all different sizes and age.I didnt know what it was so I started googling bugs in Texas (Im from out of town)Google confirmed it was cockroaches. I came back out and saw my bowl of pho. I did NOT eat it.We paid for the food we ordered, but left it uneaten.See the pic I took in the bathroomCompletely GROSS!!!

Waited over an hour after ordering delivery. No response from restaurant. Then the order was just mysteriously canceled.I'll stick to Lemongrass or Saigan.

As a Hanoian girl, I couldn't be happier than having an authentic Northern pho in Naples - where I’m living now.Just to clarify guys, Northern pho does not come with bean sprouts and herbs like the Southern one. Hanoi Quan tried their best to bring the most authentic Northern pho to town, with fresh garlic and chilli vinegar - a perfect combo. However, there was a little pity that the broth was too salty and had a strong mushroom flavor to me, I had to add more water, it will be better if the chef can adjust the broth. The mango green tea boba is also very nice, the boba is perfect while the mango green tea is very refreshing. I couldn't ask for more ✌️Next time, I will come and done in the restaurant since there are more dishes I want to try that does not appear on Uber Eats.

Got 2 regular bowls of pho ($13 for raw and $15 for combination) and very fulfilling. They said is northern style pho. I asked for extra lime and got it, it was a bit strange there were no bean sprouts, might be a regional thing?Anyway, the pho was great! The raw had a bunch of raw meat, i asked raw put on the side and soup was boiling hot and made the meat turns cooked.Service was fast (only saw 1 guy inside working with 1 server but they ran super fast service and my orders was done less than 10’) and nothing to complain about! And I heard that they came from NYC and they owned the same style Northern Vietnamese Pho in downtown NYC before.

Our experience here was awesome!!! The owners and staff were wonderful and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and a lot of their items are directly imported from Vietnam so it felt very authentic. I tried the cooked beef pho and some pork spring rolls, and they were next level. They have a wide variety of boba too and it tasted great! The creamer for their milk boba is also dairy free so as a lactose intolerant person I felt very comfortable choosing just about any item. I just wished they advertised their food items a bit more, at first I thought they were just a boba place, and the food definitely deserves the recognition. I’ll definitely visit again ❤️.

The food was absolutely amazing! We started with deep fried spring rolls. And beef pho was so delicious, tasty with a fresh noodle. Very respectful and good service as well. They were very friendly, and made it known that you were completely satisfied. I will definitely be back!!Also, make sure to try their boba tea, they made it fresh with a jasmine tea base.

First time trying pho and it did not disappoint! The raw beef pho was delicious, the hot pork spring rolls were amazing, and the service was spectacular. Happy to have found this little hole in the wall.

One of the best pho dishes I have ever had, it was so delicious! Honestly the highlight of my trip to Naples :D

Very good place. The pho is northern style, so it may be slightly different from what most people are accustomed to, but very authentic if you know what your talking about. Other then that, the boba tea is exceptional and appetizers as well.

The food was excellent, the spices, garlic, noodles and broth all came separate because we carried out. The PHO was fantastic when we blended everything with our own amounts of spice and vegetables. The lady taking the order was a little surly; but she delivered the food sooner than we were told. They have what seems hundreds of milk drinks to entertain your palate, too.

Honestly…. Worst Pho I’ve ever had….From the broth, to the noodles…. Nothing is right, nothing is authentic….. no lime or veggies came with Pho. Costco’s instant Pho is better and cheaper than this place…..

The Pho broth is made with pork.Although the there are beef pho and chicken pho soups they are made with Pork broth.Very dissatisfied to learn this. I had to cancel my uber eats order and was stills charged nearly $20 for no food. Really sucks. To rely to your comment. I personally came in with my children for pho and ask directly to your server and the manager/owner both deeply apologized saying all of their pho is made with PORK BROTH ! I don’t make things up, I enjoy the food and culture just not pork. That is why I choose to go to Saigon to Paris in Naples. The broth is authentic. Your boba is great and I’m sure your pho taste great to people who consume prom. But I don’t. I accidentally ordered from your establishment on Uber eats not remembering this info so I called and asked! I was told the same thing so I had to get charged $18 for cancelling my order because I cannot eat pork related products. Great customer service though. If you serve other broth options for Pho I Suggest educating your employees so they don’t cost you business ! But your rude tone and attitude seems to already drive your business away ?

Dietary restrictions: Make traditional pho broth with beef or chicken

Fixed menus from $17, two kinds of spring rolls, large bowls of Pho, noodles or rice dishes - all tasting great, with really good service. Great flavours and portion sizes, would recommend a visit.
