What an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was great, and the entire team was so attentive from start to finish. The atmosphere was perfect great music, beautiful lighting, and stunning décor that made the whole place feel lively and welcoming. This restaurant isn’t just a place to eat — it’s entertainment, energy, and hospitality all in one. A special thank you to Gaston, the bartender, for making us feel so welcome and adding such a personal touch to our night. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at New levels restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious especially the steam conch. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in the area and, our server Carl was absolutely fantastic! He was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. He gave great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. it really made the whole experience so much better. If you go, definitely ask for Carl they’re the best!

This is my first posting about this restaurant.” They use to have food good food all the time but now hummm One day food is okay other day very bad

The good: The customer service. I had questions regarding some of the food and she offered great suggestions and explanations.
The bad: The shrimp was fried too hard and was inedible.
Overall: The rest of the food was prepared well, if Im back in the area Ill stop by.

I really liked this place, we had a lot of fun, the atmosphere is excellent. The quality of the service and food are top notch. We loved it...

I wish I could rate it higher since my food was good. I ordered the steam snapper with black rice and plantains. Unfortunately it took forever to get a drink. I asked about 5x for water and didn’t get it until I finished my food. Kinda weird since restaurants usually ask you for your drink when they sit you or at least give you a glass of water.

The staff seems to have an issue with people who don't eat meat. We only order rice mixed with beans and fried plantains and have been told that they don't have any. We are oftentimes asked if that is all we're having with rude looks. How can you not have something that is obviously a necessity for a haitian restaurant. They also seem to have an attitude against black American women. I am in my country being treated like an outsider by people born outside this country. This is a form of racism within the black community that this younger generation really needs to discuss. It's already bad enough to be treated like this by other races in this day and age. But it should no longer be tolerated within our own. It's like a triple dose of discrimination for being a Vegetarian African American Woman. The owner should definitely check his female staff in regards to customer service as I personally no longer trust eating at this location.

The food is disgusting there. The griyo tastes like it’s been done since world war I, the magi is all over it. The pikluz is SI and taste like nothing. Not presentable at all
