I'm from New Jersey and vacation in Naples twice a year, and, specifically stay at the Hawthorne Hotel so I can walk 100 feet to this HOOTERS and eat wings with friend EVERY day... NOT this year. Waited 30 to 40 minutes while 3 servers and to male managers swooned over 2 female customers. WORST service EVER, my wife's buffalo shrimp came out first and was ok. My order of regular breaded wings cam out 15 miinutes later ans was COLD... They made me a new order and comped the wings. Too late, it ruinned the entire experience... I planned to eat lunch with friends EVERY day at this Hooters... We did NOT eat there for the rest of my vacation...Hooters is going out of business and we know why !!!! I'm gonna mis Hooters wings !!!!

Racist establishment. I sat at the bar for 5 minutes to deal with a very intense legal situation. Taylor at the bar was extremely rude since the minute I sat down. A man sat next to me who said he almost brought his wife in and she said she was happy to not serve his wife a woman To the point he said he would be bringing his wife in afterwards Right after that, an African American man entered from the side bar entrance, and while she is taking an order from the man next to me, I hear her say quickly she doesn’t want to serve black men either. Very bizarre encounter. You cannot perpetuate biased society or women who are living for the tips of men so much they will not respect a single woman coming in for a legal meeting. Additionally, I believe hooters should not be in Naples. It perpetuates a society of young women who choose superficial looks over education, and we do not need that in Naples. We need SMART establishments that respect the laws of the United States. We cannot turn Naples into VEGAS. Please keep it godly pure and fun. Naples had only one hooters or we q I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I always go on lunch break at 11 to get meal called 12-31-2024 at 11:00 and she couldnt take order because “technically” they are not open yet, all i needed was my order taken. Maybe start time should be changed to 11:30 Idk who her name was but 0 customer service. I will still keep going here since its my favorite food place but if it was for customer service I would not go back.

I have visited this place many times, I always had a good experience. but today, December 29, 2024, I had the worst experience with this shift supervisor. He ignored us completely and didn't have the balls to move us and like naive people we waited more than an hour for a table. so if you have a large group of 10 people it is better not to visit this place.

If you come with a whole family, don't come, wait for 1 hour for a table for 12 and they only said 20 more minutes and 20 minutes and they never gave us the table, I lost 1 hour waiting

They charge you for everything. The kids meal clearly states it comes with a drink which includes apple juice as a choice. It doesn’t state anywhere that apple juice is an up charge, infact it has it as a choice as i mentioned. She charged me .99cents extra for apple juice. I ordered 2 kids chicken bites meals and she charged me for ranch to dip the kids chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had this experience at another establishment. Customer beware they charge for everything as you can see my receipt. My wings were dry i asked for more sauce, they charged for that too. Will not be back. Very deceiving. I explained to my waitress the concerns and she reiterated thats the policy. She then told me she removed the juice but only because I brought it up, she did not want remove the ranch. You cannot eat freely here without being charged for the air you breathe. Update the menu to include these “extra charges”.

I gave them one star just for removing the smoked wings from their menu. We usually go 2-3 a year in Naples for couple weeks, and we used to always visit this Hooters at least once or twice each visit. The main reason was their smoked wings! They were amazing, and actually one of the best smoked wings I have ever had. However this last time we went, they GOT RID OF THEM!!! Our server told us that the machine was breaking very often and that it was expensive to fix it, and the management decided to just get rid of the smoked wings altogether. Even though the food was OK that we ordered, we will not be going back. I wish you all the best, but I’m sure there will be a lot more people that will not be coming back just because of this. So maybe you should reconsider this. There is a close by establishment that we discovered on our last trip that is serving smoked wings, and they were pretty good. I will not mention it out of respect.

Came in with my family and had an outstanding experience with our server Maddie! Not only was she beautiful and hilarious, but made the experience highly enjoyable. She recommended the buffalo shrimp with hot and lemon pepper, definitely worth it! Would highly recommend asking for Maddie as your server from now on.
