Food was ice cold. Manager Shannon was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of making things, right? We had an autistic child there was discrimination against the child and New York accents. They threw us out of the restaurant for no reason. Wings had no sauce were iced cold, horrible She threw the checks on the table before we were even done. Eating and said you're not getting anything else. Get out and pay your check. I am a professional with a master's degree.I've never been treated so rudely in my whole life

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience at a Hooters location in Naples, Florida, which occurred while visiting from Boca Raton to celebrate my son’s birthday.
Upon arriving, we encountered an older, short female manager whose behavior was arrogant, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Her conduct created a tense and uncomfortable environment that was completely inappropriate—especially for a family setting with a child present.
I remained calm and focused on comforting my son while observing the situation, but the manager’s behavior escalated to the point where I no longer felt comfortable remaining in the restaurant. Ultimately, I had no choice but to remove my son from the establishment to avoid further distress.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, particularly given Hooters’ brand standards and expectations for customer service. I respectfully ask that corporate management review this incident, address the conduct of the manager involved, and ensure that staff—especially those in leadership roles—are properly trained to handle customers professionally and respectfully.
I hope this matter is taken seriously so that other families do not experience a similar situation.

Always loved this place before, however the new GM Shannon, has taken this place to a whole new level when it comes to service and satisfaction. We visit atleast once a month.

Disappointed in the service I received today. Sam, my server hardly even came to check on my table I had to continuously ask other waitress to assist with my party. I had to wait 10 minutes to receive my check just to see my server in a far back table just talking and laughing instead of tending to her table. Money wasted today so upsetting. Please retrain your staff as people money are being spent

From the moment we walked in, we were feeling welcome the staff at front friendly and professional !! The manager York was incredibly professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest had a great experience. Their attention to detail and hands-on approach set the tone for the entire evening Tiana was our server. We left feeling well taken care of and eager to return. Five stars we love this place !!
