I have gone here for years and this was the 1st time I was diappointed, we could not eat the food. I called and the manager, I offered to bring the food back for a refund and all he said was dont order from us again. I would give customer service zero stars

It’s a hole in the wall AND their food is fresh and home made. The chicken was actual breast meat and the breading was crunchy rather than gelatinous. Best of all, you get good quality at a reasonable price. About $10-$16 a plate. Absolutely phenomenal.

What a pleasant surprise to stumble onto this restaurant! We were traveling I-75 and wanted a lunch stop not too far from the highway. Our 4 meals were all delicious, piping hot, and came much faster than we expected (~10 minutes, as others have said). The family who run this place seem to genuinely care that their customers have a great meal. On a Sunday early afternoon, it was full by the time we left, so the word must be out about this gem.

OMG is their food the best! I've had a lot of Chinese food from Ft. Myers to Naples and so far Hunan is worth every penny.

Ordered takeout, but no silverware was provided so was unable to eat it. It is obvious when people takeout that they need something to eat it with? None was offered either. Their crab Rangoons are good, but not good enough to be served with no sauce whatsoever. Had to wait a while before anybody saw me waiting to pick up.
