Our pizza was burnt and we called to see if they could remake it for us and the guy on the phone said “we’ve had no complaints tonight”. He didn’t believe us that it was burnt and was very rude about it. Just because other people haven’t complained doesn’t mean that we are lying about it. He kept going back and forth with us which is crazy to do to a customer. Absolutely terrible customer service. Please do better

Some of the rudest employees, they will get mad if you use the restroom and not make a purchase regardless how many purchases you have done in the past.

Pizza was okay, but the staff wasn’t friendly.
The taste was decent, nothing special, but the overall experience was affected by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. A smile and a bit more kindness would have made a big difference.

Pizza was ready when I arrived. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive when I walked in.
The pizza did not disappoint, along with the boneless chicken, wings and salad.
The menu had a great variety to choose from, kudos to management, I will definitely be back.

The staff is polite. My cheesy bread was raw. The wings were undercooked even though it was requested for them to be well-done. They refunded me a dollar after I called them to let them know. There was no way for me to go back for a replacement order. Now my stomach hurts ?
