Team was very fast and got me out of there within 20 minutes Jenna was very professional and kind and couldn't stop smiling when taking my order

This is the best spot lol!! Jenna is the best person they got working in there… she is always the first
to greet with a beautiful smile!!! Definitely give her a raise and promotion!!!!

Went to pick up my order and it wasn't ready. Come to find out they gave my food to somebody else. I literally saw my pizza come out of the oven and watch them hand it to somebody else. They asked why didn't I say something? I don't work here was my response. They Said they would remake my pizza. I said that's fine, but what about my pickle fries? The kid behind the counter says I told you I'll remake those as well. I said no you didn't, You told me you would remake the pizza. Then they had no more pickle fries to make. So I asked if they could give me a small order of wings for the pickle fries. They would not substitute the wings for the fries because of the price difference. I said do you want the $6? Is that going to make break you? Or do you want to give me 6 wings?They said no can not substitute. The manager Josh kept saying something about the price difference. Aparently my time had no value to him. I was willing to pay more to get the wings, or try to explain simple math to him that 8 divided by 14 would be around 60% so six wings would be the same. So I asked for a refund. As I'm walking out the door, I hear the manager Josh yelling at the employees. This place has gone downhill since Allie left. Been coming here since they opened over 15 years ago, noticed it going downhill over the past year or so. Made a complaint haven't heard anything from them.

The Manager JJ was very helpful at the North Port location. Everything was delicious!! Serving size was great. We were excited to learn there will be one in Port Charlotte.

Tastes amazing and customer service was great too.

We brought the family and Josh took good care of us he even put a movie for the kids to watch and he was a really good host overall he was excellent

Service lacks do to young people who don't understand service industry.

Parking: Limited spaces, tight spots on Friday nights.
