So there was a issue where we order a GF pizza but we received 2 pies one on top of the other. It total we received 1 whole pie which was not cooked and 1 pizza dough which also wasn’t cooked

A larger restaurant for pizza etc. When ordering, the service person was really unfriendly and inflexible, but when her supervisor or colleague came, he was friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza I had chosen was no longer available and my already English name was spelled incorrectly. The ambience didn't appeal to us either. There was an older man dressed as a pirate, but we didn't know what he was doing and he didn't say anything. It wasn't until he demonstrated something for his online streaming people that we knew he was either putting makeup on the children or making balloon figures for them. We were also not informed beforehand whether it would cost anything or not. A sign would have taken away a lot of irritation.

Worst service, worst practices, worst sanitation. You're better off eating dirt from your yard then this tragedy. At least that dirt is free, their dirt costs money.
