IL Primo Pizza & Wings

I just ordered to go, at the time of this review, but I have eaten inside several times in the past. Service is always good. Food very good and tasty. Atmosphere is good, specially for families with kids. Recommended.

Been going here since I was a child! Love the food and the atmosphere. Whoever was the kind gentleman who took our order tonight on 8/30/25 was SO kind and really brightened our day.

Visited on a Tuesday at 6:00 pm for Wings and fries. No fries at this location and opted for chesse sticks. Service was quick as I was the only one there. Told to wait 15 . Went to Publix to get fries to accompany my Wings. Picked up my Wings and went home. What a disappointment extra dry wings and over done chesse Stix. I would imagine they were sitting there for a while. Maybe I went at a bad time or had a bad batch. Either way this is a hard Pass/ No for the next time.

Very nice staff probably one of the best pizzas I have had in awhile. Really good place for the family to kick back get a beer and some good food!

The food was good, hot, and delicious. That's the one and only good thing. The employees were horse playing and using fowl language. One of the female employees was making out with another employee. In front of all the customers including young children. The pizzas kept getting taking by other customers. People were waiting for a long time for their food. This place needs a lot of help!

To be honest, my wife is a Pizza lover, for years, I refused eating from Dominos and Pizza Hut, I just couldn’t stand Pizza, we are driving back today from Miami, my wife said that her mom, who is also a pizza lover, bragged about a pizza place , wife literally begged me to go, finally I agreed, I was super happy they had wings lol, however wife and I ordered, by the way, service was amazing, shocker I know, apparently everyone is in a bad mood in other places, well apparently not in this place, short story, I tried the Pizza, definitely the best I have had, I am still not a pizza lover, but I finally found a place I can take my wife to eat pizza in and also eat a few slices with her.

Went I today at 2:30 only one other table there. Took 20 minutes to get 2 orders of wings. When they came out they were Luke warm and we were missing 2 of our sauce cups.

The Manager JJ was very helpful at the North Port location. Everything was delicious!! Serving size was great. We were excited to learn there will be one in Port Charlotte.

I was there just last week. A van parked in front just before my group got there. It was a very large order for a school football team I think. I was amazed at how efficient the staff handled the flood of a large group as well as my small group. The food was prompt as could be and very yummy! I will definitely visit this place on my next trip to Naples for sure.

The food is good ? ? ? BUT THE SERVICE NEEDS A LOT TO BE DESIRED. They call some customer names to come pickup their food at the counter and others get their food served at their table. We were a party of 6 ordered ? cheesey bread ? and 2 large pizza ? pies asked for a pizza cutter or server because the pizza was Sizzling hot couldn't pickup with hands . We were told they didn't have any . Never go back there AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
