We come here for the food, which is good but the service is hit or miss. After we ordered our pizza and sodas, they told us there were only small styrofoam cups. I questioned it, and the apparent manager (because he's the oldest guy behind the counter) was rude. The next time we want pizza, we'll go to another pizza place instead.

So this is a pizza place that’s on my way home and the last time I went there was a couple of months ago and I haven’t been back and thought I would give it another chance. the last time I was there I sat there i waited and waited and waited for my pizza and finally I got up and went to the counter and they had it all the time and it was sitting in one of those delivery boxes no one marked that I was waiting for it. Today I went back and said OK I’m gonna give it another try and the same darn thing happened. I’m sitting there waiting for my pizza and then all of a sudden someone notices looks at me takes it out of that container.

I don’t like giving negative reviews and I only gave two stars because I feel bad giving one. I’ve lived in North Naples for 30 years and IlPrimo is next to the Publix we go to. The pizza was pretty good up until about 6-8 years ago and since then it’s been horrible to be honest. There is nothing Italian about it. It’s under cooked and super doughy. Way overpriced for what it is. Honestly I have no idea how they’re still in business. Maybe the wings are good. Over the past 6 years I’ve tried them maybe 5 times and every time I’ve regretted it and said “never again “ but did it because of convenience. This was the last time. I’d rather eat a digourno. Staff doesn’t want to be there either. Sorry guys but definitely not “the best”. So far from it. Maybe set the ovens for 50% longer or something. Ingredients are good but construction and process is horrible.
