We love IL Primo and come here all the time. The pizza and wings are so good always done right. It’s on of our go to spots. One small suggestion it would be great if tÃps could be added directly to the receipt instead of only using a tip jar. It would make tipping easier, especially when you don’t have cash on hand. Either way, I highly recommend this place!

We ordered pizza, gluten free pizza, garlic knots, and fried mushrooms. Staff were friendly when we arrived to pick it up. All of the food was good. Will definitely return.

Pick up a carry out the pizza was burnt..on sides an bottom...was not fresh. Must have been sitting an they reheat it..the bottom of greasy ..the box was greasy ..little cheese on it.took back to the store on immokalee rd an shown then pizza an box...all was talking but the manager Joe.. he was laughing .he blame me for not calling. I was driving an eating the burnt pizza on the way home..it was terrible...I requested a fresh pizza to be made. Joe said he couldn't do it....very Unhappy customer...ask if Joe would it. He didn't answe.what kind of employees do you have working for you...sure gives il primo a bad name ...I be sure to everyone about my experience with burnt not made fresh pizza.........
Delicious food, tasty menu, and quality food. Great service and friendly staff. Clean, open, kid-friendly environment but also great for watching sports with a couple pitchers of beer. It's the new go-to when we're in Naples visiting our grandkids!

Have been here before for the wings. It had been a minute since we patronized this place. Ordered the promo xl cheese pizza and 40 wings. We asked for crispy with extra sauce. Let me tell you they came out dry but sitting in a basket full of an oily mixture. Took them back and asked for new wings. They brought out 40 wings again. Again nothing on them. I dont know what is happening at this place. We brought the second basket up to the counter and asked for our money back. Not an apology or nothing!. We will not go back here again. Sad..​

We order from this El primo's at least twice a week. My oldest son is on the spectrum and this is the only Pizza he will eat. The manager Allie has made us feel like family the service is unmatched the level of care and kindness she has shown my family has truly made our weekly Pizza visits something to look forward to. Her service and attention to detail have been unmatched. She has gone above and beyond many times for my family she truly is a credit to this business we're so thankful & blessed to have a local business that is managed by someone who is so capable and kind running its day-to-day operations. Allie really is the best. The restaurant is always clean the food is always delicious we could not ask for more thank you so much. We will no doubt be stopping by in the next few days.
