We come here once per week with our 5 children for lunch. The pizza is always fresh and the staff is very accommodating, especially Allie, who makes sure our children get to choose what’s on the tv! She’s very kind and always greets us with a smile. We will continue to come here and are glad we found such a family-friendly environment for our kids to enjoy their special lunch out every week!

Was highly disappointed in this IL Primo location (off of Immokalee Rd.). The one in Fort Myers off of Martin Luther King Blvd is top notch and they are very consistent in excellent quality and awesome customer service. The Salad was wilted, rusty and soggy was very surprised they served that. The cheese was not of good quality and the dough was not prepared right on the pizza. Was way over priced for one person menu. The General Manager was very argumentative, instead of listening, and either should be fired or sent to many classes on Good Customer Service. I will never go back to this IL Primo's and I suggest people think about going here as well.

Wings we're ok. Ordered a Caesar salad along with the wings which cost $5.99 & the lettuce was bad & the container was barely full, it was the saddest salad I've ever seen & not worth the money I paid for it.

You guys need to change management again because you guys are degrading in hiring terrible managers without customer service in conducting themselves in an unprofessional matter. Allie is the manager that has terrible customer service lacking in how she communicates and talks with customers very nasty attitude and talking to customers like they’re trash. I witnessed her talking to a family very rude and sounding demanding and the family was a decent family. What a shame. I hope the main managers of this business take note of this review and takes action in regards to this comment.
