You guys need to change management again because you guys are degrading in hiring terrible managers without customer service in conducting themselves in an unprofessional matter. Allie is the manager that has terrible customer service lacking in how she communicates and talks with customers very nasty attitude and talking to customers like they’re trash. I witnessed her talking to a family very rude and sounding demanding and the family was a decent family. What a shame. I hope the main managers of this business take note of this review and takes action in regards to this comment.

If you visit this location, please remain vigilant about your belongings. Despite knowing the money didn't belong to them, two employees falsely claimed $220 that was found and returned to the counter and kept it. The managers are backing these dishonest employees, despite clear evidence on camera proving otherwise. It's important to stay safe and be cautious, as the lack of integrity and poor management in this store is concerning.

I am saddened to write this review because il primos is a great location for family and friends to enjoy good pizza and wings but if you go to this location please be aware of your belongings. I was walking out of the store when I found 220 dollars on their bench where you exit inside the store. Two employees faked claiming the money and kept it being dishonest as we knew the last person sitting on the bench and located his phone number to describe what he lost in detail at ilprimos. now managers are defending the two young employees when their is images of the money not being theirs. There has been a police report involved. Please stay safe and aware the dishonesty in this store is very inappropriate and poorly managed. Your chicken wings are overrated too. 47 dollars for 30 baby chicken wings not even tossed in the sauce. Lazy and dishonest.
