The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Soggy fries, ordered garlic parm, got Buffalo I guess? Boneless wings also bland and kinda cold. It's just chili's wings anyways not a wing joint.

I asked and was told to put a note in the line with your pickup name for "XX crispy", if I don't I get the wings with rubber skin!! If I can't get wings the way I want them cooked, what's the point!!??

Ghost kitchen operating out of Chili's..... not an actual place.. Website is misleading as I thought I was trying out a new place They texted my order was ready and waited 30 min for them to bring them out. When they finally did.. they were boneless and the wrong order.I know staffing is tough but you cannot blame covid or staff shortage for gross incompetence and disorganization. Go literally anywhere else.
They are good.Bad thing is that it can only be ordered online or by doordash!!

They did not even bother putting the lemon pepper on the wings. It is just crumps of it in the tray and most of it is on the fries. I had to pick up clumps and sprinkle it on the actual chicken. The flavoring should not be an after thought. Very disappointed. I should have listened to the reviews.
