Ordered a party pack of bone in buffalo wings. Received a tray of cold, soggy chicken nuggets. Given they only sell one item it's amazing how they can get it wrong.

NOT a real restaurant lol. It’s just inside of a Chili’s ironically. Not very many sauce or spicy sauce options. Inside of some wings were filled with this booger-like, clear consistency.

We decided to eat here as we have been to a different location before so it was a no brainer. The first waitress asked if we wanted to sit in the bar area, I said no but she did and it was an appalling table. I asked her to move us she spoke with another waiter who put us in a booth. The waiter was fantastic with us so friendly. The food was nice I had the Bacon Burger which was delicious.

Great wings! Hidden Gem for sure. Only thing I wish was that we could order in person and pay in cash. Not from the USA so don't have a US credit card.
We ordered chicken wings and after eating ended up with bad acidity problem for couple of days.

We look forward when we go to Chilis to try the Margaritta of the month and to enjoy their "Rewards program" perks. When we sat down at the table there was 15" sign on the table promoting the "Margaritta of the Month" We asked for 2 of them, but were told that they no longer had the ingredients to make it. We asked what they were promoting in it's place? and they said "nothing" We sighed in at the rewards program where they were promoting a sign "Pay for Chips and Salsa: Never when you are on the Rewards Program" We never received them. When I asked for them they were delivered but when we received our bill we were charged for them. When I showed them that their sign that said we shoud get them for no charge, they took the charge off. I know everyone is looking for help but at least train your new, or untrained employees. The meal was ok but it wasn't a typical Chilis experience.

Let me start by saying that my husband has a ton of allergies (gluten, olives, and soy at the forefront in this context). They had a full allergy information to check out. They let us try a few sauces before we ordered-they were delicious. We actually preferred them to the Buffalo Wild Wings versions. When we got our ordered the curly fries had a breading (gluten) and they remade the wings so he wasn’t exposed to cross contamination. The wings were EXCELLENT! Perfectly cooked. The staff went above and beyond for us. We had the mango habanero and Santa Fe.

My order was a pickup, order was never picked up…per Chili’s I needed to contact Doordash for a refund. Per Doordash how are they responsible when I ordered pickup? My debit card has been charged twice now for the order I placed!!!
