Went to the urgent care and was immediately greeted and the receptionist started registering me. Saw the NP in about 15 minutes. She was excellent. Listened was thorough, and answered my questions. I was very satisfied.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end considering the circumstances. I’ve never been to Urgent Care before and had some trepidation. I was suffering from a pretty rowdy infection in my leg. Karen, at the front desk was great! Very personable, fun and efficient. She took some info, we chatted briefly and then Vanessa ushered me back to take a few vitals. Also, absolutely wonderful! Lastly, Jessica Gearhard, PA , examined my leg, listened to my concerns, and prescribed a course of action along with antibiotics to get the inflammation under control. She was also very professional but extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I called back a week later to see if I needed a follow-up refill on meds. I was fortunate that my first (hopefully last) experience at Urgent Care went so well. Cannot say enough about the facility and that team! All 3 of them are exceptional!

It’s a very nice urgent care. I was seen right away by a very nice NP, Lee. She was very knowledgeable and caring. She changed my medication prescribed by another doctor and I’m definitely better now. I would definitely go there again if I need to be seen urgently.
