When Jason's Deli 1st came to my last city, it was a huge hit. Always packed and the food was very good. After years, it doesn't seem as popular but I have no idea why. THIS restaurant still appears to uphold those same high standards of cleanliness, and food quality. I do have a couple of suggestions. Staff should be trained to offer a friendly greeting. The few times I've been here the reception was very lukewarm. The food is still good, presented well and neat. Fresh salad bar and free soda refills and custard. Also, having extra condiments handy to the customer, versus available upon request would be nice. That said, I look forward to my next Reuben the great. :-)

This Jason's Deli is a delight! This is my second visit to this location, and I will return if I'm in the area. I usually order the salad bar and really enjoy it. This time I saw an employee attentively fixing the salad bar and he made everything look outstanding. It seemed like he was going above and beyond, especially in regards to his sanitary practices and wearing gloves. Thanks for a yummy dinner!

Jason's Deli saved the day for us!! We were having boxed lunches catered for a luncheon and I found out one hour before the food was supposed to be delivered that the original caterer had forgotten our order and we were not going to have food.
I called Jason's Deli in a panic and their catering manager was so calm and reassuring. She handled my order, got it started while we were on the phone still, and while she said they would have it by the time the event started (1 hour and 20 minutes from when we were talking), they had it to us 10 minutes earlier than our original order was supposed to be delivered. I was AMAZED by the kindness, the service, the sense of urgency, and the willingness to go above and beyond to make a moment that could have been a disaster, a miracle instead. The delivery driver was also very kind, patient, and helpful.
Oh and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend their catering option if you have an event. I will certainly be singing their praises for a long time.

Beware when ordering on Uber Eats. I ordered lunch today and literally had three pieces of broccoli salad. The potato salad was about a tablespoon worth and the veggies were sparse. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Jason's deli was absolutely terrible I got the Reuben it was the worst one Ruben I've ever gotten anywhere if you want so so mediocre food then definitely go to Jason's deli

I just ordered DoorDash from this location, I bite into my sandwich and without seeing it is a toothpick that almost cut my mouth!!! Right in the center hidden. This is ludicrous I could’ve choked.
Obnoxious manager/ Buyer beware. Do not order the salad bar for delivery or pick up.
We ordered veggies and opted for no lettuce from the salad bar. I assumed container would be filled to a normal level. They ask on the form if you want lettuce, but don’t tell say you get next to nothing if you opt out on lettuce. We got one thin layer of veggies for $13.00. It’s a salad bar, you are supposed to pick and choose. The limits should be indicated on the menu. Instead it’s a great way for them to rip you off.
So I called the restaurant and spoke to Michelle. She was a snotty little you know what. She basically hung up on me when I said I was going to write a review because I felt cheated
She never said Sorry or I apologize for the inconvenience, just a snippy attitude.
I am done with the Jason’s on immokalee in Naples . This is not the first time I was unhappy.
Last time the fruit was half rotten.

The salad bar was low on their items. When I asked for him to replenish the items, the man, who takes care of the salad bar, said it would take too long to replenish the salad bar. The time, when I went, was 2:00pm. I don’t know if I’ll go back again?
