Jeremiah's Italian Ice

We went there with Winnie and Romeo, our two Blue and Gold macaws, and were going to sit outside as soon as we ordered and got our ice cream. As soon as we walked in, while the door was still open, I told the ladies behind the counter that we would be taking ourselves and the birds outside to eat. The one lady freaked out and threw us out, and said that animals couldn't be there. The funny thing was that the table of three that was sitting in the very first table had a small dog that had its paws up on the surface where people eat, and that is ok apparently.
These are ambassador birds for a local rescue, and constantly do events. So far this year they have been on and in front of at least 20,000 people with no issues. Places like Royal Scoop and Fernweh actually encourage us to bring the birds, and that is what we tell everyone we see!
We won't be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
It is not just about the birds, it is also about how it was handled.

As always, the ice cream was delicious! We made 3 trips to this location during our visit to Bonita Springs. Always love to get Jeremiah's when we visit Florida.

Delicious. The people behing the counter are always nice. Ambiance, not so much. Looks like an empty warehouse, which I really don't care about, but it really wouldn't take much to give it a better feel in there. Highly recommend a cup of Birthday Cake.

Enjoyed the grasshopper. The place had a strange chemical smell. Hard to sit outside due to so many bees.

A good number of vegan ice options

There was a lot of hype surrounding this place so I eventually had to go, went with a few others and got 5 different flavors. None of them were all that good and they tasted far worse than ice cream. It’s not bad and it’s unique, the staff is kind and the store is clean so I don’t not recommend going just be aware not to overhype it. Or maybe we just got the worst flavors.

closing time supposedly at 11pm but I showed up half an hour before closing time. doors were closed and server told me they were closed.

We’ve at here numerous times and it’s often dirty, I think the kids who work there don’t want to take the time and clean.
